    "It can be fun, but it's a very strange kind of fun." Martin smiles a bit. He misses ops like that. Intel gathering missions where he could misdirect, be someone else. "Probably not for everyone.

    "Let me do the talking," Martin says, fiddling with his jacket to make it sit differently. He puts his braid under the jacket. No time to change the mess that it is. "I'm gonna try to throw anyone who hears me speaking."

    "Here's what I'm thinking," Martin says. "Ayia, Craven, Ely and I go into town and get some things. Then we come back here, regroup, and we can all go."

    Martin frowns. "Eh..." To be fair, it would make some sense for them to be oddly clothed. You wear what you can find, especially if you're some kind of roamer. "I think we could all pass, but a lot of us would be remembered."

    Hello, there's a Wheel of Time trailer, and I am Enthused.

    Spoiler

    I thought pretty much everything looked great, and I'm especially excited to see the hair and costume designs in more detail.  And also, there are some really great shots in the trailer that might just replace my LOTR Prime Valinor image Chromebook wallpaper.

    I'm also excited to see the fight scenes, especially the ones with channeling!

    No critiquing on this SU please, I'm just happy and easily entertained by things I'm enthusiastic about.  :D

      I got maybe halfway into the first book, but otherwise yeah. I'll be, like many, a pioneer of a new way to get into Wheel of Time. Like that guy who read Mistborn Era 2 before Era 1.

    I came home to this, and I'm so excited! Definitely going to keep an ear to the ground and find out if I can, y'know, watch this with family in the house, but I hope I can!

    Surgebinder for me, definitely. Particularly Edgedancer. I could heal people, and maybe for once I wouldn't kill plants. Plus the frictionless thing is pretty neat.
