Own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

You spill the powder on the floor. Drop a match and light the whole place. This is your bloody home, dammit. Defend the door with the sabre you won off the corpse of Sir General McCauwley in the Battle of Yorkenshmitten; shouts of "come closer, I dare thee! Come and fight!" They stand no chance against your superior swordplay and become rapidly disarmed, left to the flame.

Gonna share Oliver's Monologue from Lucids: Part Five
Because it hits so, so hard, and I want you all to see it.
SpoilerOLIVER: Nice view. You know Jasper was telling us on the way up about the Jasperfice, and I was wondering if I could ask you.. what song did you sing?
QUINN: ...Firework by Katy Perry
OLIVER: Yikes.
QUINN: I'm not going.
OLIVER: I mean yeah, but you're not running either. You know, I haven't been doing this Lucid thing for very long, but I gotta say, it sucks. You know, the only thing that anybody seems to care about is controlling everything- making the best reality for themselves. "The only things that have ever been real are what you chose." Your mom told me that. And like, cool, y'know, cool concept, but, I don't think it's true. Of course I get it. There's that feeling that the ground is breaking from underneath you, and you'll grab onto anything to stop yourself from falling. And if anyone asks you how you're doing, you're hanging there. Somewhere above nothing, but miles below okay. And the only things you could hear or see are all the things you don't have. And it is so easy then to imagine that the only things that are real, the only things that matter, are the things that matter to you. But I think life is just too big to live like that. You miss out on so much. Like, nice views. Or a new favorite song. Or, really good coffee- not to plug my own brand, but- or just other people. People who care about you. People who ask how you're doing, who make you smile, even if just for a second. You know, maybe they are the only things that need to be real, for right now. And you, have a very real person right over there. Come on we're talking about you!
OLIVER: You are real, Quinn. Even in memory. I mean, you should see the way your mom talks about you. You still take care of her, make her smile, even if you don't know it. Let her let you go, Quinn. It'll be okay.
BENJAMIN: What he said.
Guys, this whole monologue almost reduced me to tears.
Please guys, watch this amazing miniseries, it's so good. Lucids, Nicholas Podany. 6 parts, about an hour and a half of content. Please, it's so good. Watch it.
