It works, but Archer basically has to be evil too. Or there has to be another Lurcher that’s elim. Or a e!Mistborn that rolled Lurcher last night I suppose. Technically possible but kinda out there.

I could say the same about you :P. I still think Dannex's vote last turn makes him a better CS target than Bookwyrm, and his flip will help us as far as Archer is concerned. Vice versa is true as well, I think.

Now that I get what this is referring to-- I don't think the content of the post was coached, per say, just that they were coached to make the post in the first place. That assumption came from their relative inactivity and then a sudden reads list which was never repeated. Seems like they were told to do that. But that wasn't your question, and honestly, could be anyone. Like it doesn't take much for someone to say 'Hey, you should probably contribute', just a few games under their belt to know that it's the right way to act. Picking one person would be my brain RNGing between Dannex/TUN/Archer/Shining/maybe Conq but Conq was inactive then too. I v read Shining though. I don't think there's any way to narrow it between the three others though and it could have just been nothing.

You can, but I think it'd be easier for everyone if you also had a red text vote like normal. Those would be the ones that 'counted' as well, technically.

Whysper/TUN are in the PoE as people who weren't there. Dannex is there for voting Archer. Though I suppose he was mega ninjad. My initial thought was that Silver was clear unless they were specifically told by a teammate to bus, but looking back on it they never mentioned interest in voting Archivist and their vote seems extremely out of place. @Just a Silvereye, what made you switch to Archivist? To be clear I do think e!Silvereye leads to e!SomeoneElseWhoWasAroundAtRollover more likely than not but /shrug Archer definitely could have been bussing so he stays. Shining almost definitely wasn't though. I guess level one PoE is [Whysper, TUN, Dannex, Archer] and level two includes [Silvereye, Cin]

Oh no :P. My counterpoint to Whysper would be that my inclusion in that list is NAI, since Archivist was commenting on the people up for the exe and didn't select me, or turtle/shadow, to comment on specifically.

Because as Whysper mentioned, it was a random guess :P. I say shouldn’t as in like, no analysis led to it, it was spur of the moment and luck based. Luck can work out but normally isn’t the best thing to count on. Idk what I’m arguing since it obviously worked out in this case though I’d also disagree that the day wasn’t going anywhere. We had three trains with moving parts and now we have a dead elim but less info than if Archer or Bookwyrm or Dannex had flipped elim Your PoE might not have had Dannex or Archer but everyone else’s did.

Well then Good job I guess, that shouldn’t have worked as well as it did :P. Will explore possible bussers later but I think new player Silver is clear unless they had another teammate bussing. Also someone shoot Dannex pls? :P.

I know but like putting him in that category isn't going to convince me by itself :P. I'm aware of what the term means, but I was also just using it to say that Archer is holding thread presence and that feels intentional. And that he does that anyway. Off today, Books work as Archer teammates decently well I think. TUN and Whysper probably wouldn't be teamed with him if they keep those votes. If all Silver comments on is that he's more convinced on e!Archer than before, that pairing works. e!Cin works afaik, ignoring that they're a Coinshot. It's like TUN mentioned, he's kinda pressured everyone save for Dannex equally, so it's hard to pin down a teammate set right now since basically everyone *theoretically* could fit. Him getting exed and flipping e would likely expose potential teammates though. Probably should be thinking about that now I suppose. A Whysper/Silver/TUN team intuitively makes sense to me-- reads aside-- with the fourth being Dannex or Book, and the Archer push being a front to save a teammate. Alternatively e!Archer pushes v!Dannex early on to shield Book, who was a likely candidate today from the get go. As I messily decided above Archer could be teamed with a lot of people :P. TUN/Whysper being among the less likely. So maybe I should just ignore my reads and vote Bookwyrm since they show up twice :P. Edit: Yes Archivist totally didn't forget they existed Like I suppose they could be an elim as likely as any other new player but what info will their flip give? With either alignment. Like none, no?

Bookwyrm: My brain is relentlessly in a village tunnel that feels wrong, yet still exists Dannex: I was a lot happier killing him before everyone randomly started putting him at the top of their reads list Archer: Powerplaying like usual which is either really good or really bad and like, toss up since I never have been able to read Archer That's my problem What if I just Silvereye -Has basically just been sheeping everyone else the entire game -Has flown under the radar considerably -No reason to v read them besides that NAI thing Shining found, so no reason to v read them (if there's a reason to v read them, @ me :P) Cowardly? Perhaps. But I mean look at those three trains from my PoV :P. Should probably work through it. But also should probably finish that math test. I'd like to reread Dannex and Archer/Devo but idk if I'll have time. I think I'd vote Dannex before Archer before Bookwyrm but that order is coming directly from my N2ish reads which maybe are outdated as they feel? Potentially will switch to a main train later if this doesn't become one (by which I mean, I plan to, but my one in person class is during the last half hour of the turn) Hopefully that makes more sense than it feels like it does :D. It's Bookwyrm 3, Dannex/Archer 2 each, right? Plus my vote.

All of those statements are about voting in general. I definitely plan to vote, that was never a question. Sorry if my confidence fell off the map after condemning turtle and pushing shadow over in consecutive cycles :P. I can kind of see TUN’s point but also, wanting to kill everyone implies no teammates :P. Though I think the argument is that he’s fishing around for the popular option. Well, I agree with all that, but I didn’t get why Archer like implied Dannex was using logical fallacies when the argument looked like two sides of the same coin to me

Disagree about the voting thing but whatever :P. I’m bad at self meta anyway. But see below to maybe get an idea of my thinking about voting? Isn’t Dannnex’s logic effectively the same as bad as yours? He was looking in the new players and you were looking at the experienced ones. You said yourself the groups were the same size and we agreed that the elim team most likely has a mix of both. On paper, that looks the same to me but maybe I’m glossing over something :P. It’s not a sticking point for me either way. I read Bookwyrm village for some reason. Dannex I had as a gut elim but that read went stale and now people are vil reading him including Illwei and Cin so it doesn’t feel right to put him ahead 4-2 when like do we not need consensus? I haven’t backread Dannex though If I were to just vote based on PoE it’d probably be Silvereye but that feels like a huge cop out. Archer is either powerwolfing or powertowning and it’s impossible to tell the difference >> Bookwyrm’s flip would probably be useful since they’ve survived being up for awhile so I wouldn’t mind it tied tbh. Part of me thinks I’m reading them village just because I have been and idk about that

I reread Bookwyrm and like I don’t think I realized how hedgy they’d been until now. I know that’s something new!me did quite a bit though. I guess it’s like I said D2, the reasons I personally v read Bookwyrm can easily be interpreted as reasons to e read them so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Dannex, do people generally v read him or e read him? I genuinely can’t tell. Cause like the only people who strongly v read him are the conf Mistborn and the conf Coinshot but he only had three votes. Which is the leading train I suppose. I guess I don’t know if a train like this forms on an elim. I still have him on elim lean but that’s an old read that doesn’t consider the effort today.

I don’t love the ‘experienced’ argument for obvious reasons but I also don’t see why Dannex/TUN/Shining couldn’t count for that. I guess since you v lean Dannex/Shining and TUN is lower active? Archer/Devo qualifies too, if we want to paranoid. It feels like an overly meta dichotomy to stake the game on ig
