They were active D1 but not during the night or today. I checked. But they are my vote. I can’t think of a different rational to kill someone.

Perhaps we exe someone who has been inactive. They could be very active as an elim and just choose not to show their guilty face to the light of day in order to avoid suspicion. ashwastaken

I was reading this game's rule doc and I think the elims are only allowed to communicate at night. But the question is, who would want Tani dead. Tani voted to kill Danex last round, so they are a potential suspect.

I did not vote for Mage because I am Mage. I hope that is a good enough excuse. I suppose the only way to prove my innocence is to let you kill me. Claiming innocence only would make me look more suspicious. (and yes I am aware that claiming innocence is exactly what I am doing). But in the meantime maybe I'll do a bit of RP. Therla breathed a sigh of relief as the votes were tallied. Not enough of the honorspren had arrived in time to cast a ballot. For the present, he was safe, though the entire fortress suspected him of disloyalty, and they would vote again tomorrow. If only there were a way to concretely absolve him of any wrongdoing...

So at some point the GM will let us know in this thread that the elims have killed someone? What else are we supposed to do at night?

I don't think I should deserve mercy because I'm new, so don't feel bad, but I also don't think I've done anything suspicious. What is the vote at currently?

Oh yeah, I guess it isn't quite 1/11. My math was sloppy. Since I know my village alignment that reduces the suspect pool to 10, so the chance of a random guess being an elim is # of elims / 10. I rescind my vote on ashwastaken and switch it to TJ. That way we get closer to a majority. Whatever the math is, every time we execute someone, innocent or not, we get more information on who is actually guilty. edit: I would love to see an honorspren ted talk. It would probably involve a lot of ranting about broken oaths, and not much presentation of actual research, but I would appreciate it from the POV of a twisted sense of humor.

Well, since it is the first day and I am new at this game, I have no idea who to vote for. This has always been a problem of mine with Mafia. So I guess I'll choose randomly and vote ashwastaken? There is a 1/11 chance I'm correct. Not great odds and I would hate to kill a fellow loyal honorspren, so let me know if I should rescind this vote.

So, for the yearbook at my school, all seniors need to submit a quote. I am not creative enough to come up with something inspiring/comical on my own, and I don't want to be cliche, so I decided to do a Sanderson quote. The only problem is there are so many good ones that I can't decide. I would greatly appreciate it if you all could submit your favorite Sanderson quote, preferably funny/inspiring. (I am leaning more toward funny, but if there is an inspiring one that is really awesome I will use that.) Thanks!

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it in other media, but for myself, my brain just doesn't work that way. Maybe I should work on that and change my brain. Perhaps your next RightingWrite lesson will do it for me. I dunno.

But. My OCD nerd mind can't handle not knowing everything about my world. No, you're right. This is a good idea, and often is how I'll start a world (then proceed to flesh out every detail that could possibly be relevant to my story). How I do worldbuilding is to get a single cool idea, and go from there. If the one idea is cool/absurd enough, more cool/absurd ideas will follow.

YKYASFW You work on a big assignment all day, not making any progress, then finally finish it and turn it in less than an hour before it is due, and the scene from RoW --where Kaladin catches Lirin right before he hits the ground, and they have a whole discussion about cutting it close and surgically precise timing--is the first thing that comes to mind. I apologize for the length and odd specificity of that one. -
Shoot you're right. I am a disappointment to the Kabsal fan club. I am about to sit down to a breakfast of jam and English muffins. I will keep Kabsal in my heart as I partake of this deliciousness.

This is a place for all of those who think that Kabsal was the coolest dude in WoK, and the perfect match for Shallan. I have made a small list of the many reasons why Kabsal is the best, and you, my fellow Kabsal fans, are invited to expand this list. He is smooth as silk. That guy knows how to sweet talk He is religious He is proficient in poison antidotes just in case you are ever poisoned. He has one of those stylin' ardent beards He is a freaking Ghostblood He is a Herdazian I rest my case.

I like it. Your prose is amazing! I don't know if this was what you were going for, but my mind automatically jumped to my most aristocratic, Shakespearean accent, because of the high quality of language.

Alright, I am back with two more characters. Since I last posted I have realized that none of the character sheets will make any sense to anyone except me because practically all of my notes are in my head. I'll keep posting them just so I can have everything organized, but hopefully the character sheets will start to be intelligible once I get back to writing chapters. Dansen Koerik
