  1. Nightblood will ascend by sucking in enough investiture. either Honors or Odiums.
  2. the conduit part is important. if you can force open a connection to the Dor that remains then Nightblood would keep feasting (maybe with pauses...). to what end, idk. I rather expect something like this to happen with Honors perpendicularity. as long as Dalinar keeps it open, Szeth should be able to draw from it. from the WOB it also sounds like Nightblood will be offing a vessel eventually :-)

its almost as if you know that there is in fact NO RIGHT of conquest. the conqueror did someone wrong at some point. you (YOURSELF AND NOONE ELSE) choose to be fine with this. for one reason or another. that does not make it fine/right though. it only means you perceive it that way. conquering back your own lands isn't conquest either. according to that logic. its increasingly hard to judge where you draw the line in this.

stealing? bad. stealing something back that was stolen from you? also bad? what you fail to understand @Frustration is that good and evil are not defined. neither in our world nor in Roshar.

if you kill someone unlawfully (also a matter a definition) this is murder. no matter who that person is or what he plans to eventually do. who are you to decide if the utter destruction of the earth and all of its inhabitant is not for a greater good in the end? its relevant to the discussion since evil and good are purely based on perception. there is no evil. a wolf devouring his prey is not evil. a human killing someone is not evil. you, for one reason or another may consider it evil. which is provably circumstantial. not addressing that hitler nonsense. morality is subjective. stealing is immoral in my opinion. not in general though, as stealing from someone who is extorted money/possession from you (lawfull or unlawfully) does not seem so immoral anymore. at least not to me. what exactly makes you pick Kaladins side (the invaders) in this over Moashs side (the original inhabitants)? Kaladin himself realized that the revelation that Parshmen were the original natives of Roshar was what broke the last Radiants. unlike them Moash made a decision instead of being conflicted. he choose to fight for the side that he considers to be the right one. that does not, by any means make him or his actions evil.

is murder evil? depends on who you murder I guess. kill the person/thing that threatens to destroy the entire world and all its inhabitants. you are a hero. kill an innocent child. you are a monster. its not black and white. what I meant was that the oaths all rely on perception. that is exactly what Kaladin figured out. its not a matter of true and false at all. it a matter of what the one making the oath views as true and false. this can change through experience. which it did with Kaladin. Moash is exactly as evil as humanity. Moash does what he feels is right. he has the same information as Kaladin, but simply came to a different conclusion. instead of fighting for the invaders he fights for the faction that originally inhabited Roshar.
  8. no, why? Adonalsium would still contain what fuels the magics systems of all the worlds. I would not go so far and assume that splintered investiture can not exist anymore then.

the only thing that makes Moash a "villain" is your perception. why do you believe that Moash is evil? his motivations are just differnt. instead of dropping his weapons and moping he accepted that humans are the evil force that needs to be fought. its a huge part of the book that the lines between evil and good are not just blurred, but only a matter of perception. so are the oaths.
  10. makes sense when he wants to reform a "better" Adonalsium. shattering is necessary to get Odium out of Adonalsium. for example. posessing remnant of the weapon that offed Adonalsium matters how exactly regarding this theory? not at all imo. Turning down a Shard so it can not affect him through its intent. this is necessary or he will eventually end up bound by the Shard and can't act freely anymore. Doesn't matter. combining all of the Shards magic system in him may only serve as a conduit of some sort. I doubt he has to accumulate much investiture and much less ascend to trigger a reforming of Adonalsium. what you listed are not problems at all. there are easy explanations for each. its a valid theory.
  11. a sentient coppermind. store information and answer questions
  12. Hoid does not need to make a deal with Odium directly and much rather capture or bond a voidspren. it is an interesting idea. Hoid really does seem to gather magical abilities from all the systems. iirc Brandon confirmed that Shards could be restored. maybe Hoid is working towards something like that.
  13. knowing that Nightblood is able to off Fused for good is going to make them reconsider if a truce isn't such a bad idea after all.

Moash may have different ideals, but that does not make him evil. his character is relatable and that is what counts most to me.
