My pride flag count for this month is disappointingly low (Utah) but at least I have my lock screen. Also I think I'm he/they but I don't really like the term demiboy, does anyone know any other good terms for nonbinary but in like a masc way/ male but in a nonbinary way?

The usual assumption is that most people's romantic and sexual identities align, so it might be assumed that someone who says they are asexual is also aromantic unless they specify otherwise (I know a lot of people who conflate the terms). I was under the impression that the closeted person is someone who doesn't know/isn't out about their sexuality, while an egg is someone who doesn't know/isn't out about their gender. I've questioned my gender quite a bit (I'm a cis guy) but I'm pretty sure I'm cis because my attraction to other men is very gay.

I got asked out on my first date with another guy two days ago (at least I'm pretty sure it was a date) so yippee! We went and saw a musical and it was great. I had already asked him to prom (he said yes) which is in a few weeks and I'm super excited!

I think so but my band director disagrees. He says they work best as the background to stuff actually happening.

I recently finished Tress and I was explaining to a friend the bit where Huck forgets he is a rat, and I realized it's actually excellent foreshadowing. Here's the quotes for reference and On a first read through they are funny moments, but looking back it's seems obvious that he forgets he is a rat and can do rat things because he wasn't always a rat and hasn't been a rat for that long. I found a few other moments and I'm currently rereading every scene in awe of Brandon's writing. It feels like whenever I get accustomed to something like the absurd worldbuilding I find something like this and remember why I read these books.
