"Thank you," said Crescendo, blushing. "I didn't expect Diminuendo, I guess. I'm still thankful for him, I'm just having a hard time adjusting my way of thinking. I wanted... I thought I'd be a Windrunner, like you. Then Diminuendo came along." She leaned over and whispered, "Have you ever seen them in the Cognitive Realm? Not exactly the stuff of children's dreams." She looked over at Diminuendo.
"You know I can hear you, right?" Diminuendo branched out, cracking the air.(Have you seen the drawings of ashspren in RoW? Awesome!)
"Yes, and you know it's true. You even try to increase it, don't deny it."
"Okay. That's still offensive. You know that since I came to you, this order is the best choice for you."
"I know. I'm sorry for hiding that from you."
"It is... understandable. I know that many people find the other orders more appealing, but we are truly the most desirable."
"At this point, I wouldn't trade."
"Even after your village? You could have been beloved of your family."
"I can't honestly say that I wouldn't love that, but I had a chance to discard this. I chose you and this over my village and family, and I wouldn't change that decision." Crescendo looked away smiling and grinned at Ros. "So, you want to head inside and try out the Surge of Gravitation?"
