"Not necessarily more mature, unfortunately. I'm unsure of how exactly to measure my maturity, but it... can be a bit childish."

“Hard to say, but maybe around thirty or so standard years. I prefer to seem a child. Then they underestimate me,” Ely smiled mischievously. “Humans are dumb. Uh, no offense.”

Cruz glowered. “Don’t be saying things like that too loudly. And I’m not a fan of the Queen either. Besides, Trace did most of the murderings.” Cruz had not been listening to the conversation, but upon hearing “knife” he immediately wiped the blood off of his knife and proffered it to Janice.
