  1. "Yes, I am most certainly... the leader here." Fadran says, dramatically thrusting out his chest and crossing his arms. "And also I own this here joint of the Iconar Collective. I haven't seen a king in these parts for a loooong time." "Hey!" Fadran jumps after the man in the cloak, then Forges a quick Spirit Bond to the air and blows the man out of the cave. He removes Vapor from his grip then grabs him by the collar. "Who the heck are you and what do you think you're doing?"
  2. @Lord_Silberfarben, @RadiantDramaQueen, Welcome! It's good to know that this stream isn't entirely dead. Well, with that kind of fluency, I wonder if you even need practice. If I were a girl (or not straight) Spook would be my fantasy boyfriend too. That was pretty good!
  3. "Q, huh?" Fadran asks. "So could I call you Letter Seventeen?" Fadran! Icona chastises. Don't tease her. "I'm just kidding," Fadran adds hastily, "welcome to the crew."
  4. "The more the merrier!" Fadran replies. "You have a name, I hope? I'd rather not call you 'number seven' or something."
  5. "Completely. Welcome to the crew!" Fadran extends a hand to Ember for him (him, right? just making sure?) to shake. "I'm Fadran, Highmaster Arcane Mage, Traveling Merchant, and Iconan Channelknight. I own this here joint of the Iconar Collective, and I kind of unintentionally threw this crew together." It was kind of everyone's fault for throwing this group together, Icona corrects him, and what the crap are you talking about 'owning this here joint of the Iconar Collective?' Fadran mentally shrugs. Dunno, man. First impressions, you know?
  6. Fadran itches to use his Arcana, but in such confined spaces, he would be more likely to harm the others than the batthings. He continues chopping at the creatures with his Channelblade. Their only strength seems to be in numbers, Icona remarks, no magical defenses, no magical strengths... just keep hacking at them until they die. I do detect a nearby portal, though.
  7. Fadran raises an eyebrow at the semistreaker. "It's not very common that you find a hot springs in Sunken Deep."
  8. Fadran sighs. "So much false tension..." Well excuse you! Icona says. You literally started this forum by searching a beach for a treasure chest using a magic that you don't even have. "That's not... false tension. Do you know anything about narrative devices? Shut up and get killing. Icona demands. "Gotcha." Fadran whips out his Channelblade and chops a few batthings in half.
  9. Fadran brightens his flame and leads the group. "We're going to want to make our way into the main cavern first. From there, we can take one of the side passages and find any number of natural caves that haven't been explored yet."
  10. Yes, Fadran replies, but I've already got one astral voice in my head trying to drive me insane, so this brain is a little out of parking spaces... Also who are you? "What's that?" Fadran asks, referring to the book.
  11. Fadran chuckles. "Well, this place is a fortress. But it also doubles as a city; you just can't see anyone because they see in darkness rather than light."
  12. The doors open to Sunken Deep, revealing a dark and uninviting cave. Uninviting, of course, meaning that it was SUPER inviting for people like Fadran. "The caves of Sunken Deep," Fadran replies, lighting his hand aflame for some light, "to discover new Universes and have an adventure!" "Pleasure to meet you, Lenene." Fadran steps into the caves, looking about.
  13. Fadran nods to the new spren. "Hello, Spin. Pleasure to meet you." He then cracks his knuckles and steps up to the two demons in armor standing guard over the gates of Sunken Deep. "Can we come in?" One of the guards glances between Fadran and his Channelblade, then gestures him inside without a word. Fadran waves for the others to follow him.
  14. Fadran shoulders his backpack. "Are you guys ready to explore some caves and discover some random Universes?"
  15. Fadran clears his throat. "Thanks for the metalmind, but I won't be needing it; I got my Channelblade. And if anyone else gets hurt, I got Viteran Healing magic." Fadran frowns. "Actually, I will keep this metalmind, because Viteran Healing is slightly unbeneficial to the health of the Healer."
