Nips wasing the using of teachings me to wasing the complaining! Having the have: High Imperial

"You say you've checked," Fadran replied, "but there's only so much a single group of people, no matter how large, can check when it comes to entire worlds. Have you checked through the criminal undergrounds? Trade routes? Smuggler's ships? How do you even know he's in those world, and not somewhere in between?"

Fadran shrugs. "Technically, it will be. See, we're sort of in the past, and in about a century or two, Ranoc is going to be freed from his prison and attempt to delete the Iconar Collective. But don't worry! Corrin, Aurora, Tristan, Felix, and Ridge'll save the day with a lot of help from yours truly."

"Well, after graduating from the Ivinan Academy of Arcane Magic and becoming a Highmaster Mage, I found myself being drafted into the army. After about a year of that, I left the army and became a traveling merchant. My life was going fine until someone decided to step in." In my defense, you were the one who woke me from my eternal slumber, not the other way around, Icona replied. "Ever since, I've also been a Channelknight. The seventh Channelknight. A bonus Channelknight, if you will." Bonus Channelknight? Icona asked, amused. Very funny.

Hi. It's me. Fadran. I'm not going to bother with the introductions again. Who's really ever reading these anyways? In any case, I was recently traveling to some obscure universes throughout the Multiverse and found an interesting society known as the Kobolds. They do not resemble any Kobolds from popular roleplaying media as far as I can tell, so I assume their nameage is purely coincedential. They're a group of a particularly ugly half-bird, half-goat, half-human creatures (yes, that was three halves. FIGHT ME) who spend most of their time in their wardrobes attempting to look "cute." This fashion trend includes the smoothing of feathers, marking of skin (tattoos), and braiding of horns (how they pull that off, I'm unsure). The fashion trend "cute" grants those who abide by it certain magical capabilities. For awhile I couldn't quite figure out why (if it were in the Omniverse I would've attributed it to the Particular makeup of "cuteness," but that's not the case), but it actually depends on the fashion-setter celebrities. In fact, I'm unsure if the magic of the Kobolds is related to cuteness or popularity. Regardless of its origins, the celebrities, being celebrities, hold an innate amount of magic. This magic is directly tied to how they make themselves look "cute," and anybody else who can properly mimic the aforementioned cuteness receives a tiny portion of the celebrity's magic. I am yet to see what this magic can do, but I believe it allows the possessor to become aware of changes in fashion at a quicker rate than those without, which increases their magic, which sparks an exponential growth in popularity until they themselves become celebrities. Regardless of anything they do, though, they all still look pretty ugly to me.

"Well, in that case... hm, how do I explain this place?" Fadran thinks for a second. "Alright, so the Iconar Collective is one of many Collectives in the Omniverse. Here, there are six realms: Ivinan, Feylore, Vitera, Drakefell, Sunken Deep, and Carnon. Each has their own system of magic, government, and peoples. These realms were once combined into one major realm, but after a corrupted demon from Sunken Deep tore the fabric of reality, the six realms have been forced apart both physically and socially. The only way to travel between the realms is through a gateway called the Parallarity, which leads to a sort of center island called Midway. The Parallarity can touch three realms at a time, opening all Parallarity Gates between them. The Parallarity makes a full rotation through all the realms about once a month. "There are six Channelknights in the Iconar Collective, one for each realm--or, rather, there were. Or there will be. We sort of blasted ourselves back in time back before the Channelknights returned. The Channelknights can form miniature Parallarities, which I just did to get us here. "As for physics..." Fadran shakes his head, "those are complicated."

"Ivinan," Fadran replies, looking around, "though... I don't know where or when in Ivinan. Based off the fact that we're currently in Airlight and not Fall leads me to believe that this is pre-Merging Ivinan, back before the Iconar Collective was merged into one by Corrin Silverblade, so..." Fadran trails off, looking at everyone else, "you guys haven't the foggiest what I'm talking about, do you?"
