So I just finished my third book, the first draft anyway.
And um, I killed the main characters father. Again. For the third time.
And I killed the secondary characters mother. And her father, though she didn't know that.
I think I have a problem.

...yeah it really doesn't cuz they'll have highs and lows and so thus aren't always happy or always sad
BUT THEY’RE ALWAYS TRAUMATIZED

Trauma is good.
Always getting it by killing their parents is predictable.

There are other ways but that one is always a good one
