    Major inconsistency I've noticed while writing White Sand articles for the Coppermind: In Volume 1 chapter 2 we see Drile refuse to drink from the ceremonial water bowl. Kenton brings this up again in chapter 6 of the same book, saying again that Drile did not drink the water. In Volume 3 chapter 6 Drile says that he felt weak during their duel- the same way he felt weak during the battle with the Kerztians in the Kerla. The two of them then put two and two together and realize that Elorin poisoned the water they both drank. So in Volume 1 the we see Drile decline to drink, sand in Volume 3 he says that he drank. What exactly is going on over here?

    I came up with this sequence in math class a couple of months ago when we were asked to make up a rule, write down a sequence using that rule, and pass them around the room. When you figured out the rule you were supposed to trade with someone else and try to figure out that one. Afterwards the professor put the sequences that stumped people on the board and we figured them out together. However the following sequence which I made wasn't solved and stumped the whole class, professor included. So here it is: 0,0,3,16,45,120,280,624,1323,2720... Try to figure the rule for this sequence.

    I'm Jewish and know Hebrew in which this is a common sound. I just never knew the technical term for it.

    If it means anything, in the audiobook, all the kh's are pronounced as regular k's except for Khen the singer woman who they pronounce correctly. And while I've always "pronounced" it in my head while reading as a regularish k, I often think, based on this WoB, that it should be a Hebrew ches ח (fricative?) sound instead.

    Theory: Could it be that the eye colors that appear among the rosharan people stem from the knights radiant? Being as- at least on earth- violet, grey, and yellow eyes don't occur naturally, it seems likely that they would have some sort of supernatural origin. Additionally, from the fact that when Kaladin summons Syl his eyes change color into an extra light blue, it would seem that each order of radiants would have a similar effect but each order would have its own eye color (perhaps corresponding to their polestone)?

    Why are there no interludes between parts 4 and 5 of The Way of Kings? In the rest of the SA books there are five parts and 4 sets of interludes, while in TWoK there are five parts and only three sets of interludes.

    In the beginning of TWoK Syl dances "to some unheard rythm". Could this be one of the rythms that the singers attune to, the sound of Roshar?

    Kaladin, after Szeth's attack on Dalinar, didn't know he could heal his arm but it healed surprising him

    In the prologue to The Way of Kings it is said that Szeth's stormlight can't restore a limb "killed" by a Shardblade. However in Words of Radiance and Oathbringer we see several bridgemen doing just that. So why the inconsistency? Is it just that Honorblade stormlight healing works differently, but why shoud that be so?

    I had a theory. In Mistborn era 1 Sazed talks about a religious group, the Nelazan, who worshipped the stars, a god with a thousand eyes named Trell. Could it be that this religion actually originates from people who moved from Taldain to Scadrial, and the religion of The Sand Lord/Autonomy morphed into this.... And perhaps this exodus was led by Trell the construction foreman and somehow over time his name became associated with their god.
