Sigzil says so. Probably. I still personally can't believe that no one noticed in 2000 years.

This sounds dangerous. Why should it? If you apply heat or light to a metal nothing happens.

He still could have. It depends on self image it does not just heal to default. A trans person would still heal to an opposite gender.

My point was similar reasoning methods could derive different conclusions given the same information. I agree that we can't yet know without asking Brandon

But what happened to Syl was temporary and she says asleep. Spren don't sleep. Some spren (like Pattern) consider sleep to be death only temporary. Ergo Syl was in the physical realm and "died" as a result of exposure there without a bond.
-
The loosing their sapience is an effect of being in the physical realm not of loosing their radiant. So that WoB may not apply. Also the Stormfather may be able to repair that kind of damage. He did "wake up" Syl somehow after all.
-
Do we realy know this? Syl says that the Stormfather found her asleep but that could technically have been in the physical realm.

Deflation will make money more valuable. So you should stockpile money and not expend it. Also if you expend too much you will ruin the market by driving down prices. -

They can always produce aluminum latter if they have to. They know the desolation is coming but the limiting factor with soulcasters is often gems not soulcasters themselves. During a desolation gemstones are used by radiants, and to create stuff(this wheres down stockpiles) causing deflation. The end result is that it makes financial sense not to use soulcasters at all times. The ghoostbloods may not know the full extent of aluminum's usefulness. -
Ashspren don't look like flames. They look like constantly disintegrating and reviving ash.

I would like a source on that if possible. It is not on TFE's coppermind page(and it should be).

Lin Davar was part of their organization. It was a lone not a gift. They also clearly had good blackmail material on him(the use of said soulcaster). If they can make them their should be a few others pooping up somewhere and the ghoostblood reach should be even greater then it is now. -
He also says that no one realy knows how many people live in each octant.
-
Is the estimated population for Elendel or the entire basin. Other settlements do exist.
-
Personally. I think that in world people lowball Elendal's population. Also individuals who live in different (poorer) lifesyles tend to produce more children. Also survivorism stresses producing children(one of the reasons for its homophobia) so it could be as many has 5 children per couple. That may not seem like that much over 10 generations but it adds up.

In Shallan's first meeting with ghoostbloods they have an attracter fabrial that calls the smoke and lets them have a fire in their basement.\ Agreed. If they can make soulcasters then they are already way ahead of wherever they need to be to accomplish any conceivable Rosharan goal. I agree with everything you said except this. That ardent could be working for any number of groups. I personally lean toward the sons of honor. Probably because they are in Iri instead. If you can get someone that close to their target without witnesses a poisoned knife is good enough. No reason to use firearms. Firearms are noisy obvious and they still load fairly slowly on scadrial. Can only be used by a select group of people and none of them will stand up against a shardbearer in combat(except maybe a stealrunner). Limited breath. Expensive. Also only the most powerful can stand up to a shardbearer in single combat. Out of combat they may have some uses in espionage but even so you would have to be very careful. Using locals like Tyn seems smarter in almost every case. -

It is not that complex chemically. Nothing like organics. The shape is pretty basic too.
