    All metal is invested. As far as we know investing a metal does not alter it physically save for a slight increase in mass. In other words yes.

    Yes. Think about clouds. A typical cumulus cloud is about a cubic kilometer in volume, and only has about 500 tons of water Nice pun! I don't really think it would work that way though. You don't usually get red with conversion of investiture only co-opting.

    Mist does not go inside buildings so capturing it might be difficult. If Saze objects he can do what he wants being god has its privileges after all.

    Goodness is subjective. To Saze apparently its the thought that counts. TLR thought his actions were necessary for the survival of sentient life. Apparently he did not see another way out of his predicament. Reshek needed the Inquisitors to police the nobility and obligators. He needed to be able to control them and he need them to be powerful. He needed a way to crush rebellions easily with the same ability to control the troops. Remember TFE was not supposed to be a perfect empire that created a good life for the majority of people it was just supposed to stick around forever. Pretty sure he made the kandra first(out of his friends). He had the ability to mind control inquisitors. They were the only people who knew the actual ins and outs of feruchemy. He was also worried about the Teris religion surviving(he knew it was being manipulated by Ruin) as well as feruchemy's ability to spread information he did not want getting out. Only one person(Reshek) can truly answer this question. He did believe what he was doing was right and necessary. Weather he wanted to just survive as long as possible(and have TFE do the same) or he thought he could actually fix thins is up for debate. I personally suspect the former. In my view he was past actually thinking about real solutions and just wanted to keep going as long as possible.

    In theory maybe. However I think the Mists might resist the attempt if done through mechanical means.

    You might be able to alloy it and steal something else but I don't think you can steal anything hemalurgically with harmonium without blowing your spike up. No idea. Lerasium steals everything atium steals anything(allomanticaly). Perhaps it steels all properties except allomantic ones and this is how Kelseir does the thing. My current guess is your mind and will power. Basically your cognitive self.

    You got my meaning the first time(if not the form of words I was using). Every author was doing it. An idiomatic commodity they are all buying. I just thought Aether was better written then either Sand or Elantris.

    I was initially confused by the theory since it is confirmed in Oathbringer. Then I realized I was misinterpreting it.

    It does kind of answer the question though. I do admit it is a good theory. Ohh. You meant while on Roshar. That does not really make sense to me as they can avoid the pain only by going back to being tortured but it is still a possibility. This is basically my problem. They are all invincible. Why are they dying?
