  1. Rayse is The Villain of Ages
  2. Would the Alcatraz series be included in this as it is not written by Brandon?
  3. It seems to me like it is none of the above. I think that the shard with the best futuresight is the mysterious "Survival Shard". These WoBs to me imply that it knows something that the other shards don't, which in turn implies that this shard has the best futuresight.
  4. Remember, fullborns can tap and compound speed, so a fight between a fullborn and anyone would look somthing like this:
  5. Mistborn Stormlight
  6. Allomancy is not of preservation because it preserves power, but because it draws from preservation's investiture.
  7. Earth does have a shard.
  8. Eye of the world The Great Hunt The Dragon Reborn
  9. Yea, best keep earth out of the cosmere, even a strange version of earth.
  10. TLR is not the most powerful non-shard. That title belongs to Stick.
  11. Not necessarily. Ruin can allow something to be built if he knows that it will knock two things down. he can only build things up with the help of preservation. Alone, Ruin can make no action aside from breaking stuff down.
  12. Alcatraz: literally anything
  13. I think that Endowment represents transference. physically, this manifests as a control over the transfer of energy and matter between objects when the first object releases said energy or matter to the second object. cognitively, this would manifest as giving or endowment. I also have a theory that Odium is Endowments opposite in a way. he also represents transference, but the other way around. instead of giving, odium steals. physically, this would manifest as a control over the transfer of energy and matter between objects when the second object "takes" said energy or matter from the first. cognitively, this would manifest as taking emotion.
  14. The reason that The Returned cannot have children is that they don't want to. The Returned have an unconscious control over their bodies, so the simplest reason a returned would be incapable of bearing children would be that they viewed an infertile body as an ideal one. The Hallendren gods constantly live in luxury and are being kept idle, plus they already assume that gods cannot bear children, so from their point of view, the perfect body is one that is sterile. link to full theory
  15. YKYASW you read that as "YKYASW someone says "I am a stick" and you hear "I am a stick""
  16. I was going to say Alcatraz vs the Evil Librarians, but then I remembered, that book wasn't written by Brandon.
  17. What?
  18. where did you get the information that exactly three magic systems exist on each planet?
  19. yes, but a thousand years of interbreeding has virtually wiped out all differences between Skaa and Nobles. Aside from that, Kelsier does not believe that the Skaa are any different physiologically from the Nobles.
