I swear the ideals! Would my expanded version of The Girl Who Looked up count as a fantasy work? It’s in Sanderson Fanworks and my signature. -
I recently met someone who I’m convinced is the irl Jake Peralta. This dude is in his 30s and used to be in the military, here are some quotes from him:

Welcome to the Shard! Brandon Sanderson has quite a few books that take place in the Cosmere, but these are connected in more ways than just having magic. For example, each magic system is derived from something called a Shard, a magical being/force that typically resides on a planet. Different series will also share characters- a notable example is Hoid, who appears in all Cosmere series. Not all books with magic are in the Cosmere, as Sanderson intends to connect all Cosmere books together later on and merge their stories, and not all of his books are a part of that.

Yes, it definitely is really similar to Firefly! The “bounty hunter in space” theme is really similar to “cowboys in space”, and Baby Yoda is basically just River.

In my opinion, as her story got worse, her prose got better. In the first book, I actually liked the story and thought it was pretty decent. You could definitely tell that it was her first book, though, as the sentence structure was awkward and her use of adjectives wasn’t great. In the books after that, the story took a nose dive but the prose improved a ton.

So, it turns out that eating 14 Kit Kats in a row isn’t the best idea.
Also, I watched Mean Girls for the first time and was surprisingly underwhelmed. I think it might be because I’d already seen all the funny parts before because the movie has so many memes.
