The first interlude has implications. Felt is not the type going on a suicide mission, is he? That, however, means that he has to have a plan for getting away. He also cannot be planning to merely have a short talk with Kalak and then just walk away. He will want to interrogate him at leisure and use him as a bargaining chip. Hence there must be a Ghostblood combat team in the vincinity of Lasting Integrity and they must have some kind of secret base in Shadesmar they'll retreat to.

Zu hinted at exactly that when he suggested to Adolin to strangle people with their own clothing using his powers.

The Iriali most likely arrived after the Recreance. I really doubt worldhopping traders go to the perpendicularity with any frequency. You have to use a ship to get there. The spren own and operate ships. Would you, as a worldhopper, operate ships with human crews, whose food needs to be imported, whose water either needs expensive Stormlight to make or also needs to be imported? Unless you use Unkalaki crews, your people will want to go home from time to time, adding even more expenses. Fundamentally it seems not economically viable. I am sure the caravans drop the goods at a port city closest to the subastral they are coming from and spren do the transshipping.

If it is a point on Roshar, why does the angle stay constant? If it is Yolen, why is Yolen hard to find? If it points at the Dor, why not cakk it the Dor? If it is the place of Ambition's death, why doesn't it shift as people think differently about interstellar space? Any option has issues. I think we need to include some more fundamental issues. The Cognitive Realm cannot obey the rules of Eukledian geometry. You cannot flatten a sphere without hideously deforming its surface within the rules of geometry known to us. Does it work outside Shadesmar proper, that is outside Roshar's subastral? Is the assumption of Roshar being not aware of the Cosmere at the time before the Recreance true? For how long has Yolen been hard to reach?

The truth behind vorinism and the future of the knights Radiant

Did they stop with the Heralds? Is it possible that Honor and Cultivation made an army of Cognitive Shadows precisely for that war? -
BAM is located in the Spiritual Realm, where ideals determine reality. That raises a question. Can you be deceptive in the SR?
-
That does not solve his problem. What are the Fused to do in Shadesmar? They could destroy the oathgate. And then? He has to have a plan for getting them into the physical Azimir. Using the oath gate is problematic. The Radiants could destroy it. You have to get all yor troops through one known point.
-
Elsecaller Fused.
-
Is that the tower and the crown on the back of his jacket? Is his hair white or blonde? The book might be Oathbringer. Any alternatives? Is he standing on one of Urithiru's oathgates? It may be tempting to associate this with the top of Urithiru and the duell of champions, but I think the gems on poles don't fit that and the platform is way too small.

As we are fairly confident that the "Wind" as referred in the title of the book is not merely a physical phenomenon, the question as to the rest of the title arises. Who is "Truth"? Who is speaking to Truth? Szeth?
-
Then why doesn't he do it? Why send only eight Fused? Why not, say, thirty? The point is that he does not do whatever he can. The numbers are too small and they are not acting like the would if they had been told to kill the passengers specifically at all cost..
-
They have agents on Roshar. Voidspren and apparently feruchemists. They presumably ran some kind of intelligence gathering. How would such an agent communicate the time the Windrunners leave? Spanreeds don't work in Shadesmar, do they?
-
It is highly suspicious. How did they learn which route the Windrunners were taking? In fact how did they know Windrunners were on a mission at all? This suggests a traitor.
-
Or alternatively, they'll go on to Shadesmar or even the Spiritual Realm. I have to point out that Brandon already made a reading that implies a mass transfer to the Cognitive Realm in western Roshar. Apparently her name is derived from "light" - "adoda", as in Adolin. Or the other way around. Dalinar is a general. He will not base his plans on a mission of uncertain results. But it raises the question of what will happen to Ishar. Then why are they unaware of other worlds? Or Adonalsium? In the Cosmere dead has two different meanings. If Horneaters are indeed to live in Shadesmar, they could be Cognitive Shadows. Much cheaper in terms of supplies.
-
In that case Sigzil, in fact everybody knowing anything about Roshar, should be aware of that fact and there could be no doubt that Kaladin survives.

Who’s talking to Kaladin? / Who is the Wind discussion

How about a Dawnshard speaking to him? Or for that matter, how about Cucicesh? This is most likely the entity that sort of bonded a little with him to give him that burst of power in RoW. -
Surgebinding had been in use for thousands of years at that time. Do you want to propose that everybody all of a sudden was ready to break their bonds? Unanimously? And what will happen if it happens anyway without the Knights Radiant present and Honor about to die? But as a spontaneous answer to which phenomenon?
-
If they gave up their powers and shards while there were still Parshendi with forms of power on Roshar, they would have lost the war. That does not mesh with the story about the Skybreakers. Nor, frankly, does it make intrinsic sense. Yes, you can get some people to break their bonds based on that. But why would everybody agree?
-
Making your cloak vanish, respectively creating the illusion of a cloak is not an allomantic ability.
-
Aside from personal hardship, they of course risked their capabilities. Even if the spren immediately proceeded to bond other people, the Knights Radiant would have no members of higher oaths for quite some time. Had Odium's side found a way to continue the False Desolation or start a real Desolation at that time, the Radiants would have faced a real problem. I am sorry, but that always looked like a contrived justification to me. If they just wanted to stop surgebinding, the literally would have to do nothing, that is stop bonding people. Problem solved. No, I am sorry, but there are those lines about the Skybreakers choosing an even worse fate. That makes no sense if they didn't know. Also organizing a concerted dropping of the shards still implies that they knew something is wrong. If they really decided that Surgebinding needed to end at that time, they could have let a few volunteers break their bonds first.
-
The sending would have been done to help Gavilar Kholin. He would conventionally be seen on Odium's side. But why does the Set show extreme interest in a Southern airship if they have access to Harmony's perpendicularity?
-
We have to answer a basic conundrum. The Radiants found out that capturing BAM caused something so bad that they risked the Recreance to prevent it. Why did they not just release her. If that would have been even worse, they would have had a logical reason. This may be the explanation. That raises a terrible question. Does Kalak know the whole story? What will happen if Shallan finds BAM? You are raising a question. How much did Vasher do? It read to me like the transport boxes were made with Axindweth's help. And that raises the question whom she is with. Silverlight?

Do you think Brandon got a chuckle out of having Oathbringer on the cover of Wind and Truth?
