  1. I don't think he could be pushed to fight hes too stubborn.
  2. Stubborn yes that he is you have to be to be a pacifist.
  3. Lirin has been saving people for years. He also killed far less.
  4. OK so you say they're just the same and then go on to explain how they're direct opposites. Me personally much prefer Lirin. He sticks to his principles even to his own hurt. He treats his enemies As well as everyone else. In this way he reminds me a little bit of a wind runner even if he does have much more Synthesis with the edgedancers. He also a very humble man. He knows there is nothing he can do to stop odium. He's not even a radiant hes a surgeon. And to be quite honest he realizes that other people smarter and more powerful than him already have it handled. He might not be able to save the world, or change society but he knows he can save the person in front of them so that's what he dose.
  5. Lirin has decated himself to the dark eyed farms of a tiny village. People no body else remembers. He is the perfect edgedancer .
  6. Steelslayer (with his epic powers) Fire fight Prof Wingflare Life force ( as seen with all his abilities at the end) Obliteration Nightwielder Regalia Loophole Jax (with watch, Sword, and sonic gun.) Round one, matches chosen at random. Prof v fire fight. Loophole vs wingflare Jax v Regalia. Nightwielder v Lifeforce Obliteration v stealslayer
  7. Why would it be unlikely we know scholars regularly visit the physical realm I would be surprised if they didn't have connection all over the PR.
  8. The fused are surge binders
  9. I think we can presume that they get water and food from the physical realm. That won't really be an option For the refugees from roshar. Consider that if it was that easy to colonize the cognitive reaugmentative realm why didn't it be humans from ashen Do that Instead of crossing over to roshar.
  10. Given what happened at the end I don't think that this is the case.
  11. I could see her as wonder woman but I think it would be more interesting if they gave the achetpy to a pre calamity epic. This is because I want to see how epics react to the changes that calamity leaving brought.
  12. Makes you wonder if will be introduced to a wonderwoman type character going forward to complete the trinity.
  13. Probably something to do with the way she died. Life force was saving her from starvation, Starvation is a pretty slow death so I'm guessing if he wants to he can say that that she found some food before she could die.
  14. Yes he wanted to save as much as possible but when it came right down to it was all secondary to his city. The rest of the world could burn so long as his city had peace. I don't think he would willingly sacrifice Karbranth for anything He's always put it 1st and the rest of the world's 2nd. And I don't see how thats changed.
  15. I think you Underestimate how far Todium cares about his city. Remember he was willing to sell the rest of the world out just to save his city. I think he would take the deal. I'm not sure there would even be a coalition left if something happened to Dalinar.
  16. Trading Todium city to get her uncle back seems pretty utilitarian.
  17. Do you really think Jasnah we'll care about their neutrality especially if todium has her uncle?
  18. Am I the only one who thinks that The knights radiant will lead an attack against khabranth once they find out Who the new Odium is and lose the contest of champions?
  19. That makes much more sense.
  20. You were saying that returned can have children and I responded that the fact that most return cant proved that have true body is not the key to cognate shadow reproduction.
  21. We do know his goal. His goal is to stop odium he has said as much as both insane and sane ishar I don't how getting a true body ( Assume he doesn't have one) is going to help him accomplish this. Yes there is apparently some secret way for returned to reproduce but clearly having a "true body " isn't the way or they all could.
  22. No all that quote says for certain is that kelsier has his bones. Everthing else is speculation. If anything it seems to saying the opposite. Ishar's body is his true body were as Kelsier is body snatching some poor mistwraph And even if it were what would ishar need a true body for? It won't help him get off planet (kelsier can't). It won't help him reproduce (the return can't). It might help him die but he doesn't need a true body for that. (Jezrien didn't)
  23. There nothing in that quote about Heralds bodies.
  24. Knights radiance can't leave roshar either neither can fused both have regular human bodies. I don't think them been trapped on roshar has anything to do with their bodies.
  25. We have no evidence to suppose that he doesn't have a true physical body. His body behaves in every way as a true physical body so so I think we can assume until said otherwise that it is a true physical body
