Odium specifically says that even if he wanted to he could not stop the void Spren and fused. All Spren have some natural shape changing abilities That's not a magic system anymore then me being able to walk is a magic system. However only void Sprint are shown to alter someone's Passions. Considering Is that high Spren are able to surge bind, We can therefore conclude that void spren should be able to void bind.

    Lift is a surge binder the others aren't using any power system so of course there not void binding what is your point?

    The unmade and regals aren't using fabrials and they aren't surge binding so there is only one other option.

    I think most of the Heralds would object you to destroy their swords. Certainly Nal and Ishar . The rest are with the shin and I think they'd want to keep them too since they're like holy artifacts.

    If there is some sort of disaster the tower could serve as a sort of ark. It has portals to all of the countries of the coalition and is not dependent on stormlight (Should some thing happen to the high storm) and the enemies powers wont work there and its completely self substantiating. And could easily see a scenario were thr rest of roshar is concurred or destroyed so the coalition evacuated to the tower.

    We have no idea about the destruction of ashy. Odium has been clear he needs humanity as his army. He clearly needs them alive. No, He doesn't alter laws, That would be illegal. Kings and other legitimate authorities change laws and When they changed it in his advantage he adapts.

    Wrong on both accounts so far we only now of one fuse that attempted genocide. Odium but it very clear that he needs humans alive.     He literally saw him about to swear an OATH what do you mean he doesn't have that benefit. You don't have to make things up every time a character dose something bad just to give it some form justification.
