    “Oh, I’m fully aware of them selling illegally. All I need is proof. So, once a drug that they have admitted to producing and openly said that nobody else could possibly know the formula to, shows up in the black market, I will have all I need to arrest them. Then I can burn down the rest of their operation, taking, by my estimate, at least a half dozen other illegal drugs off the streets, and cracking open the criminal underworld for a series of Precursor raids, lawsuits, and sting operations that should leave the drug trade obliterated, at least for now. No doubt it will rise again, but that’s the nature of life.”
