    “Holy grizzing Es, Batman,” Tena said, almost to herself. “How do even use that many? I’m extravagantly, extrapolatedly— I wonder if that’s an actual word— surprised.” Tena trotted after Mace and asked, “Are you avoiding me?”

    “You ruined it,” Tena complained, face-palming. “Just go into that room there,” she pointed at one of the doors leading out of the room, “the boss might be there.”

    "Oh, come on," Tena said with a downcast expression. "I'm a member of TUBA. You gave orders to me during the Seven Day War. I also saw you during the Ghostblood Ball. And, no, I'm not the boss of this place. I want a job too." Gorram you, Mace, she thought, why are so handsome and tall? Quit it! another part of her commanded, and Tena closed her eyes for a moment in concentration. I am forty-five grizzing years old, why can't I just act chill for once? Aloud, she accidentally said, "Calm, he's not as pretty as he looks, not as pretty..." She trailed off when she noticed that Mace was still there, and she was now trying to keep from teleporting back to her house right then. @Archer

    Koran cocked his head at Nogard, rubbing his horns with both hands, a nervous gesture common to his people. "We don't have any cities on this planet. We just brought animals and stuff here with us. Though I could ask Zehr to bring you to Valnore, my planet." ******** You realize that any human from a cosmere planet would probably explode if they went to Valnore, right? "Yeah, but the look on their faces would be worth it." Maybe you can break canon for once and ignore the godlings' tectonic and hormonal disruptions. "I guess I could... but... why should I?" Just quit it. Investiture and godling-influences aren't quite base opposites. "Okay, fine."

    Tena was shopping for explosives (seriously, why weren't there any explosives in a marketplace?) when she saw the wanted notice. She strolled past a vendor selling Allomantic vials, stealing three or four vials while the guy behind the counter stared at her chest, then continued towards the address. Once she got there, she pounded on the door and immediately opened the lock with Steelpushing, shoving into the room and calling out, "So is there anyone here? I'll take the job." She saw Mace and maybe her heart did a little leap in her chest, then she calmed herself and only gave him a chest-constricting hug. She backed off with a grin on her face. "You're real! Yay! You're not dead." That last sentence reassured the slight hysteria she said those words with.

    Oh. Hey, Tena thought to Solace. I just don’t want to die. You can destroy Hellbent, correct? She continued to herself, And here I was thinking that all the voices in my head were crazy ones! ...And so they remain.

    A shortish, muscular form appeared on top of one of the nearby buildings. She settled down onto her haunches, watching Solace carefully and waiting for him to acknowledge her. @Mraize

    Fang let his tongue loll out at the Queen and licked her hand politely.

    So Fang simply dug his Awakened claws into Kane’s shoulder.

    Tena snapped her fingers, and Solace appeared three feet to her right, which was about twenty feet away from the missiles. The tracking device she’d planted on him allowed her to do that, and she’d only use it if Solace was going to die.

    Fang ducked the swing, and, while Kane was off balance, tried to stab the Shardarm with his Type 4 Awakened claws. He was fast, with the assistance of his steel Compounding.

    Mari nodded, signaling to the others that she was going to follow Riathor. The rest were flown up to the skywhale and dropped there, on a large, secure platform on the back.

    Klin picked up Araha, and two of the three Winged women picked up their respective responsibilities, Pry and Damaya. The last woman picked up Andy, and the older Winged immediately got Nogard since he seemed like he wanted to come. The skywhale was approaching in the distance, its massive bulk making an enormous shadow on the sea. The five Winged began running and then took off, gaining height rapidly.

    Fang made a face, annoyed, a moment later realizing that he didn't look good in a scowl. He stood up, and stretched his legs. He rose slowly onto his hindlegs, staring at the man who was his enemy. That man that he so wished he could defy the laws of Sandersonism for. Just to strike a hit on him. Fang's tail began to go back and forth behind him. He fell back onto all fours, then slowly trotted up to the boulder just in front of Kane. He jumped off the side, solemn, then padded up to Kane. Standing four feet in front of the man, Fang said two words. "You suck."

    Dusk road through the annoyingly dense jungle of their rented island astride a well-bred RBL. It growled and snorted as some smell hit its nose, but continued its steadfast path to where Tez had set up her sound amplifiers. Dusk jumped off the beast after it leaped up the side of Tez's small plateau and shaded his eyes, looking out at the boat/Greatshell thing Tez had talked about over the intercom. He scratched the RBL's ears as it shoved its massive face at Dusk's shoulder, beginning to purr like a housecat, one of its kind's cousin. Of all the kinds of brightlions, Dusk definitely liked the RBLs best. They were larger than a nightlion or GBL, and far more canine, but still much like a cat.
