"You just made a mistake," Dan said. Sexy. Think. He made the eyes at Shae and leaned back slightly, angling his ears up and putting his hands on his hips. @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan drew for a few minutes, then sighed and picked up the paper, walking over to Shae and handing it to him. “You look a lot better in real life,” Dan said quietly, looking at his feet. @ShadowLord_Lith

"Just smile and stand there," Dan said, picking up a piece of paper and a pencil. @ShadowLord_Lith

“Right,” Dan said, standing up and picking Shae up (JUST because it was faster), then flying down to the school and dropping Shae off at the door, then going to the art room skylight and unlocking, jumping into the room and locking the skylight behind him. @ShadowLord_Lith

“I can draw dogs and cats and birds fairly well. And I can kinda draw people.” Admitting this to Shae felt strangely like he was letting his friend down. I guess I can’t be as awesome as he is, though. @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan thought about that for a moment. "I don't have any other hobbies, actually. The idiot writing me doesn't know how to properly develop characters. I like learning about geography, and ecology, and anatomy. I think it's interesting, like how your bones are sized in comparison to the rest of your body. I have proportionally longer legs than you, for example. Also," Dan looked up at an interesting cloud, "I like drawing sometimes, though I'm no good at it." @ShadowLord_Lith

"Compliments are a no-no for you, huh?" Dan said as he fought back a blush himself. "But if you ever want to draw me, I'll most likely be here, in the sky, or at the training grounds, so those work. Have anything you want to talk about right now?" @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan bared his fangs at Shae and smiled. "I don't know, how often do you see teeth this intimidating?" @ShadowLord_Lith

"That's nice of you to say," Dan said, sitting down in his nest and sorting through a scattering of his own feathers. He found a long one and handed it to Shae. "So you can practice drawing feathers when I'm not around." @ShadowLord_Lith

"Yes, I dragged straw from the nearest barn and dumped it on a roof. You can stop looking so impressed." @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan picked Shae up, then flew to the roof and set Shae down near Dan's nest. It was big enough for two of Dan, to account for his wings, and made of straw and sticks. "Okay, so maybe it's not that cool," Dan said. "The entrance to the roof is over there," Dan pointed at an outcrop in the roof a small distance away, "if you were wondering." @ShadowLord_Lith

"Okay, then," Dan said, standing up and pulling Shae to his feet. "You wanna see my nest? It looks pretty much like a bird's nest, but way cooler." @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan was glad that Shae didn't hate him, or something like that, for saying what he'd said, and the blush faded off his face. He took Shae's other arm and licked it down too, until everything was not bleeding, or hurt, except for Shae's chest. Dan looked at it for a moment, his tongue still hanging out of his mouth, then hurriedly said, "So, uh, anything else you want to do? I could fly you around, or show you my nest, or something else." @ShadowLord_Lith

"I'm your gay best friend," Dan said matter-of-factly, then bent over and licked Shae's arm thoroughly to cover the fact that he was blushing. That sounds a lot less weird when I say it to girls... @ShadowLord_Lith

"Okay, gimme your arm," Dan said. He glanced at the bruises on Shae's chest, and blushed slightly when he saw the man's muscles. Ha... I do not want to lick those. Totally... @ShadowLord_Lith

"Oh, okay," Dan said, looking at the marks Shae had gotten all over him. "Are you sure you don't want me to lick those?" @ShadowLord_Lith

"If you want to, yeah," Dan said, then became conscious of the fact that he'd lost and cursed. "It was stupid of me to let you know about my weakness." He shoved Shae off him, easily breaking the pin, and sat up. @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan didn't care about winning anymore, and he purred, not even caring that he was purring. @ShadowLord_Lith

A big stupid smile spread over Dan's face, and his tongue flopped out of his mouth. He started rolling a little, side-to-side. @ShadowLord_Lith
