Dan looked up at the sky, then back at Shae, who wasn't hot, just... really cute. Why is that the first thing I think of? "Okay, what did you do before you came to the Alleyplanet? Dan put his face in his hands and said, "When I was ten and tried to kiss a guy because... uh... well... I thought he was good-looking when all the girls were just my friends." He looked up at Shae with a blush on his face. "Okay, my turn. Have you ever kissed a person in a romantic sort of way?" @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan made a sort of happy sigh at the denial of his question. "I was just worried. It's not a big deal. You still have to ask me a question." @ShadowLord_Lith

"Yeah, sure, I'll start." Dan narrowed his eyes at Shae seriously. "Were your parents abusive?" @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan plucked the stamp out of his hidden cubby and held it up. "Looks fine to me," he said and handed it to Shae. @ShadowLord_Lith

"You're a very good teacher," Dan said, "and that's probably why you teach. And yeah, I think I'm getting better." @ShadowLord_Lith

"That's nice," Dan said to Shae's first two sentences. "Dude, I spend half of my time with you and the other half sleeping or flying." @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan looked up at Shae with a large, blood-covered bone in his mouth. "Nothing much, you?" he said as he spat out the bone into a pile of similarly-sized ones. @ShadowLord_Lith

"I have a dry cubby up by my nest, so I'll take it there," Dan said, then hugged Shae. It felt kind of weird to hug a guy who was over a foot shorter than you, but Dan was fine with a little weirdness if it meant that he got to hug his best friend. Dan went over and unlocked the skylight, then took the painting and stamp. "See ya," he said to Shae with a wink, then flew out of the skylight and into the open air. I was a little dark outside, but he was fine with that and just flew over to his nest. He put the stamp and painting of himself in a hollow he'd dug into the roof, then sat down in his nest. @ShadowLord_Lith

"You literally made that one of me in an hour," Dan said, walking back over to Shae and leaning against one of the tables. He narrowed his eyes at Shae. "Also, I've seen you shirtless twice, and we weren't even fighting the first time. Do you think I care at all? Nevermind." He yawned. "I think I'll go to bed. Yes, I know it's eight-thirty, but I like waking up early." @ShadowLord_Lith

"Ooh, yeah, do it," Dan said, then walked over to the other side of room, looking at some WIPs like he wasn't excited to see what Shae made. @ShadowLord_Lith

"I'm not gonna lie," Dan said, looking at Shae. "I kinda want to see a picture of you like that. For scientific purposes, so we can properly gauge which one of us is sexier." He took the knife out of Shae's hand before he could damage it, and set it on the table behind him. "I like it. Just to illustrate how fabulous I am, I mean." @ShadowLord_Lith

Dan made a face at the portrait of himself, then fell back against the table behind him laughing. "Oh moons... look..." he gasped at Shae. @ShadowLord_Lith

"You're not gay?" Dan asked, slightly panicked. @ShadowLord_Lith

"I am pretty sexy," Dan said sarcastically as he looked over at the picture, then gasped. "Duuuuuude. Duuuuuude. That is amazing. You're ama-- I mean, awesome. You're awesome, and that picture is like looking in a Sisters-cursed looking-glass. Holy wow." @ShadowLord_Lith
