  1. "Uh, yeah. Obviously. Does it look like I have anything else to do?"
  2. Granted. You become a lazy jerk who no one wants to be around. I wish I had the ability to go into any fantasy book as any character I want.
  3. I know that Kelsier was trapped in the Cognitive Realm. And I never doubted that he'd come back. He is numero uno. BUT SERIOUSLY, do any of you think that Brandon would kill him again after all the work he went through to keep him alive?!
  4. Granted. Your work ethic is now so good that you work yourself to exhaustion everyday and neglect your family to the point that no one wants to talk to you because you're grumpy and insulting constantly. On your days off of work, you pace your house restlessly and snap at anyone who gets to close to you. Eventually, you move out of your house in favor of an apartment in New York, where you find an even worse job, and start to stop eating out of stress. Eventually, you are on the verge of starvation, and are only saved when your doctor sends you to a rehabilitation hospital to help you to get back on a normal schedule, but you can't. You can never stop working, and your doctor eventually decides that it would be the best thing to just send you to an insane asylum. Even there, you never cease working in the garden or something else, and slowly drive yourself legitimate crazy. I wish for the ability to speak to all animals.
  5. Also, it isn't necessary for the Sibling to be involved in any way. Maybe Odium makes a new Unmade, and Moash bonds that.
  6. Actually, Kelsier is already dead.
  7. Tena soared over the Shattered Plains (a place she liked visiting because it was so weird), arcing with Steelpushes and flipping her whole body over and over, trying to maintain a sense of connection to the ground as she did so. She saw some people gathering on the edge of a plateau and abruptly stopped Pushing against the last coin she'd launched away from her, tossing another one she could Push against at an angle that would toss her more forward than upward, simultaneously Awakening her trousers to strengthen her legs. She used the Surge of Abrasion to make herself frictionless as she hit the ground, running in a sort of way that looked like ice skating (something she'd learned on Nalthis), and tapped her speed Metalminds to make herself get to the group of people faster. As she arrived, Tena lessened her frictionlessness and speed so that she could walk up to the people without just gliding by them. When she stood before them, all their eyes on her, shocked, except for one with crazy-looking eyes, who was just looking at her crazily, she said, "What's y'all doin'?"
  8. *Hosts brain party* SUBFORUM OH MY GOD
  9. I totally agree with all you guys on the fact that we all wish Moash eternal Damnation (or worse). But that's just a theory. A BOOK theory!
  10. Tena heard something from where she was, sitting on one the huge steel beams of a skyscraper in Elendel. A thumping through the ground, and a faint whooping sound. She turned her head to the sky and closed her eyes, feeling happy for whoever was having such fun someplace. Likely the Alleyvillage, she thought. Maybe I should go there and see what all the fuss is. After transporting to the Cognitive Realm and then to the Alleyvillage, she asked one of the Homeless what was going on. "Why, the Alleyverse has its own subforum now!" he exclaimed. Tena smiled. It had finally happened. She dropped a coin and Steelpushed off of it, uncaring that Homeless's head turned towards her as she arced out of the Alleyvillage, looking for any one of her associates so that she could learn what was going on.
  11. I have a theory about Moash that I absolutely hate. Like, hate enough to knock Kaladin over the head kryptonite (which is obviously his weakness). Here's the theory: Moash is going to be a Bondsmith. Sounds pretty insane, right? Well, Brandon writes fantasy books. All fantasy writers are inherently insane. Here's my proof. Moash talked about doing that one thing that Dalinar did back in the day; giving into Odium. Dalinar gave into the Thrill, but Moash straight up gave himself to the Fused and murdered an old drunken Jezrien, the founder of his old Knight Radiant class. So what Moash did is about ten times worse than what Dalinar did, but Moash still doesn't care. I think that Brandon, because he is insane, will bond Moash to whoever is Odium's mascot spren. Yeah, I know, I'm crazy, but what do people think? Also, I hope Kaladin kills Moash in a dramatic fight, like how he killed Szeth.
  12. Non-Sharders be like:
  13. Kelsier and Kaladin, because their being pretty much opposites would give me a lot of perspective. Also because they'd fight like Kronk's shoulder angel and devil, and that would be awesome. (Though, admittedly, I have no idea which one would be the devil or vice versa.)
  14. Yeah, she has one singular breath. But apparently it's pretty strong. She's not a drab, after all.
  15. That's super cool, and I'm gonna watch it.
  16. Absolutely agreeing with you there. In that sense, they're a lot like Denth from Warbreaker or TLR from Mistborn or Elend's brother from Mistborn.
  17. The Cosmere books that made me cry (or nearly cry) are: The Final Empire (Kelsier has been and always will be my main man *sniffles*) Probably Hero of Ages, but I don't remember Secret History (right at the end) Shadows of Self Oathbringer Other books: The Name of the Wind Sunwing
  18. Oh, and the Kingkiller Chronicle is awesome.
  19. Warbreaker. Obviously. I think that Elantris is pretty boring and long-winded, especially in Audiobook form. And Hrathen is the best character, so... yeah. Warbreaker is so much more action-packed and funny.
  20. When you're a guy doing math homework and you think, I'm not a woman or an ardent. What am I doing here? And you say it out loud for good measure.
