He is tall,heavily muscled, wearing only black clothes, and has a Grandbow strapped to his back. As the Stormlight fades, everyone can see that even his eyes are completely black, merciless pits. Only his hair is a shock of white on his head.

A glowing man falls out of the sky moving much faster than he should have been, and lands in a crouch. He looks up at the rubble of the ranch, eyes glowing. Confidently striding over to Rhazien, he asks "What's with that sarcophagus? And who should I attack first?"

Then he is struck down by lightning for no apparent reason and dies. (I decided I wanted a new character)

He probably could; but Rayse (and Odium itself) is devious. You never know what could happen in a fight between the two (technically three) Shards. Plus, Nightblood would love it.

I'd like to join. My character is just Kaladin as he was in Amaram's army, before the events of Way of Kings and the rest of the series. So, no Stormlight. Just a good fighter.

If anything, these are all subtle appearances by Khriss, but she and Baon are both pretty blatantly in White Sand 1 and 2. And also we learn from Arcanum that she even more definitely was on Taldain during that time. This could quite possibly be her origin story... we may be able to find where the worldhopping began.
