    I don't think this is something Dragonsteel would be interested in including in an Arcanum Unbounded 2, those are meant to be stories and in-world content rather than fan content, but it's a good idea on its own; I wonder if any Deaf fans or fans who sign have already come up with some?

    Really quickly I wanted to dispute this - roleplay does not demand that, many RPs on the Shard (especially lately) do have frequent short posts but others have longer, substantial writings. And both kinds of roleplay are a contribution to the Shard, as much as talking about the books directly is. I think you have good intentions behind this idea, but reputation points aren't necessarily meant to indicate the most content contributed, they're meant to indicate members' favorite content. Many things don't get replies of much substance, and yet are still excellent contributions on their own. Many replies are, to many people, worth just as much if not more than the original post of a topic.

    My vote is for making a new thread with a new subject; it doesn't have to be minor POV characters. I also don't think we should be aiming for a super long list of characters - games usually last long enough to be interesting even when the list is more manageable.

    I've read most of his noncosmere works and really enjoyed them to various degrees, generally haven't found them to be worse in quality than cosmere books. The Skyward and Alcatraz series especially I think are quite good. And I have a fondness for Dreamer.

    Generally, if all of what they're posting is their own writing and thoughts, we're not going to moderate someone for having tossed ideas back and forth or researched with an AI. We don't really want people to post something that's just "I was brainstorming with AI and it said this, what do you think?" and that's all - we want people to talk about the things they think - but if AI suggests an idea to you and you start talking about your thoughts and expanding on that idea, that should be okay. No. People should be reading the rules when they join but some might have previously done that and then missed that the rules got updated. It's a minor violation more like double posting or sending one-word/emoji posts or something, we'll let the person know it's against the rules and remove the content in question, and it's only if they keep doing it repeatedly despite having been personally told not to that we'll moderate more severely.

    Sounds like an interesting concept for gold savantism! Thumbs up from me, though I'm not really active here so I'd trust you to approve your own characters - the Alleyverse is smaller and I think you can be trusted to not powergame it.
