I would absolutely read this! Alternatively: "Almighty, Dalinar, you look amazing. I'm going to really go all-out to win your soul so I can spread this epic fashion sense to the rest of the cosmere. Who needs my previous plans when you've got -" *waves at him* "THIS going on?" He can now appear however he wants to as an avatar, I'd think, cause we know Rayse did that - he appeared as a human to the humans and a singer to the singers, to make him more relatable - so he could wear whatever he wants, I guess. Third possible crack ending: Taravangian sees Dalinar rocking that outfit and instantly postpones the duel for a day so he can think up something equally cool to wear. (In the end he can't live up to Adolin's glamour, even with all the power of a Shard.)

No worries about the lateness! I agree with you that "I will seek justice" is a match for the Second Ideal of the Skybreakers, but Michael went on to say that it also can be a theme for the rest of the Ideals. I don't see any evidence that suggests they would change suit after the second, especially considering we have their Ideals in the book, and they seem to fit all the way through; but it's as valid an interpretation as any, I suppose, until we get Szeth's book. -

"Nope, she's something else, apparently," Cassie said, occasionally glancing out the back window at Lapis and Ben, but standing by Lissa, Ashlyn, and Shana. "Apparently we don't know all the different types of magic in the world. Just a couple months ago I would have told you Radiants were it, but our world got way bigger way too quickly." It was extremely cool to learn that they weren't alone in the world when it came to Investiture, but at the same time...who knew what organizations might seek to control things?

Cassie answered questions as they came. "I can't heal, except myself, but I can teleport into an alternate side of reality, make rock into play-doh, and summon armor and a giant sword that can cut through anything. There is another Elsecaller, that'd be Leona." She twisted behind her and yelled, "HEY, LEONA, IF YOU'RE STILL IN THE KITCHEN, COME SAY HI, WE FOUND ANOTHER ELSECALLER!" then turned back to the rest. "Thanks, Ben. Our world gets bigger and bigger every day, huh? Oh we'd love to, Lapis!" @Bookish Ocelot @Lunamor As Ben handled Lapis, Cassie went to get the door yet again, but was pleased this time to see a familiar face. "Oh, hey Ashlyn, how's it going? Come on in, I'm sure Rob is around - he was here a second ago..."
