  1. Idea attached to my fourth-wall-breaking magic plot from a while back: the villain can ascertain the significance of people in relation to the plot and reads his own as very low, therefore goes off murdering and such to try to be more important. Fails, because you can’t game the system. Actual plot villain is someone or something else 

    Potential drama, side character discovers that their own significance is little to none, but then is a sweet bean and doesn’t care as long as her friends don’t ditch her over it. This character proceeds to save the day completely - maybe her actual action was very small, while the impact was very big?
