  1. I'd say its possibly more likely that they can utilize the storage externally, or share it or something?
  2. A completely baseless speculation, the mechanical metallic magics are just tying similar spiritweb stuff as biological magics to inanimate objects... so I'd say there is no hemalurgy? unless it consists of augmenting humans with technology? Also more baseless speculation, are the Scadrial magics at all geographically related (but less strictly than Selish stuff).... I dunno? ><
  3. Is it bad that I didn't know this? ><
  4. These changes are in the works I think. I'm fairly sure I've already fixed it so that this works, but the theoryland dude is having real life things, so I've not pressed him for a while.
  5. please don't scrape Theoryland, I know that it's currently not set up very well, I'm trying to fix that. After all the work that Zach, Terez, and the rest of the team have put into it. We will eventually make it better. If you have suggestions that you think will help, please tell me/us.Regarding your idea, I think something like multiple-tag selections on Theoryland would be best? A collection of wiki pages on different subjects might be a good way of collecting condensed form? with lots of cites/links to appropriate questions. My opinion is that the wiki articles should be canon+WoB but I kinda can see why a collection of it would be useful.
  6. Hey Botanica. You are seriously amazing, thank you so much for doing your art. I'm really glad you enjoyed WoK and were so inspired as to make such amazing artworks
  7. its blooming adorable is what it is
  8. I'd much prefer to just be a club...
  9. WOOOOOOO a fan club for Feather's awesome fanfic? sign me right up *jumps up and down waiting for the next chapters* XD
  10. Hey Cartith, thank you so much for adding that information. The Set article was pretty terrible XD To add a citation, add the following text: {{ref|b|mb4|c|chapter-number}} where chapter-number is, say 5 ({{ref|b|mb4|c|5}}). If you want to reference the epilogue {{ref|b|mb4|epilogue}} should work. Thank you again for contributing
  11. The extremely brief ones I can answer for. I wrote the single line entries just so they weren't totally empty. I can't say how detailed we should be, but there should be an upper limit on the detail, since they are only meant to refresh peoples memories. I, as evidenced by my poor quality, don't really have any right to say tho, so you should wait for other people's opinions. EDIT: as always, the answer is probably just to do what you want, and people can/will edit and change things until we're happy. So there's no real reason you should wait for input, as long as you're happy for people to change your stuff.
  12. I've started working on an upgrade: http://coppermind.net/wiki/User:Fbstj/t:books please comment I didn't add a line for Rithmatist, or Legion, because we don't know the sequel names yet. I don't personally think the cosmere needs splitting up more? Maybe a sub-navbox but that might not end up looking great. Obviously the ordering of the rows is totally up for change.
  13. I personally have no, like... desire? to have physical copies. Like, I'm happy with them but I'm happy without them, so its easier just to get the ebook so I can read it without hauling it and then use it for the coppermind.
  14. Well maybe the Magic section should discuss magics introduced by that book (aka, Mistborn is Allomancy, then Feruchemy then Hemalurgy, with AoL having twinborn and compounding and stuff). The series page for Stormlight Archive should probably have a Magic section for over-all discussion, with a 'for more' link.
  15. XD this is pretty awesome.
  16. Hey there Ex, you are awesome, thank you so much for making that art, and for letting us use it on the Coppermind
  17. We haven't decided yet, and you are quite welcome to continue writing in past or present tense until we have figured out what we are wanting to stick to. I am possibly leaning towards us not having a firm stance on this, tho I still kinda want to be consistent across the wiki, I don't really think we should stop or alienate people that want to edit in a particular style? Maybe we should just say, edit in whichever style you feel comfortable in, as long as you're also comfortable that it may be changed, which is kind of a prerequsite of editing the wiki anyway.
  18. Brandon's development is trivia imo, though maybe those could be interchanged depending on how much depth we need to go into. I don't think any of these things should be hard-and-fast rules tho. Just a suggested layout.
  19. I'm sorry Feather, I kinda wish you could convince us, I'm not totally adverse to the omnipresent I don't think, but I do agree with Windy that the fact we are over millenia and we are trying to document the history.
  20. Its pretty great yeah, I won the first one in last year's Worldbuilders, I'm definitely gonna read the second one.
  21. I prefer past tense, because we are documenting the history of the cosmere.
  22. And he also didn't contradict you on your definition, so that's positive at least...
  23. Thanks for adding all that info, its a big help
  24. I removed it because I didnt know if it was allowed, and it's better to be safe than sorry. Apologies for doing so prematurely.
  25. as a programmer, I don't really get what he means >< XD
