    Born in California, moved to Utah when I was about 10, joined the military at 18 and got stationed in Washington state, then Idaho, then Louisiana. Left the army, went back to Idaho then Washington again. Oh and I was in Kuwait and Iraq somewhere in there, too.

    I'm confused. Your own theory directly contradicts the WoB that you yourself quoted. "Separate summoning." So your theory was debunked by yourself. Remember that Realmatics also has to do with how an object views itself, and how others view it. So someone who is a dual wield master picking up a shardblade wouldn't be able to split it in two like you suggested. And if he picked up two shardblades they would see themselves as two shardblades. So no, as awesome as it would be, I don't think so. Although if someone created two shardblades and intened them to be a pair from the start...maybe.

    It sounds like he did have a choice, but he was more or less ordered to pick Lift (see bolded part for why I think that).

    Hey, welcome! I held out on Sanderson's non-cosmere stuff for a long time. I have been a fan since before WoK or Warbreaker came out and I finally decided to read some of his other stuff earlier this month. I should have done it sooner. Rithmatist and Steelheart were great reads. Definitely worth checking out.
