  1. May I interest you in a cute innocent meeker?
  2. Sebastian stood in front of Idos Manor. He was contemplating his involvements in the Great Guilds. He had helped found The Underground Bakery Association. He had left TUBA for the Ghostbloods but after a bit of a scandal had left them as well. Neither of the Great guilds aligned with his lack of moral drive. So he had set off to make his own. Idos Manor had burned down nearly ten years ago. Sebastian had been the one to do it and ten years later with the accumulated wealth of deceased family members, immeadiate and distant, he, Idos Sebastian Ainz, had rebuilt the manor as a front for his new "guild" the Gilded Rose. It was more of a secret society than a guild. He walked down the carriage path that led to the circular court yard. He walked up the curved stair case and into his manor. His Kandra butler greeted him at the door. "Good day Master Idos." The kandra made many people uncomforable. He took on the shape of wendigo. The kandra was in dressed long black tail coat, and white button shirt, that hid his exposed rib cage, and matching slacks. He wore a dark red tie. "Ah Master Butler, the house is prepared?" Sebastian asked Bartholomew. "Indeed it is. Cleaned and food prepared." Bartholomew bowed. "Good, show all guests to the designated room if you would." Sebastian said, before ascending another set of stairs. He entered a room not to far off from the top of the stairs. Lavishly prepared food sat on trays against the room, while a large square table sat in the center. The table had a hole in the center for speaking to the audience on the outside of the table. This opening to the center of the room was situated nearest to the door. Windows shed daylight into the room. Enough so that there wasn't needed for artificial lighting. Sebastian sat on the far side of the table that was considered to be the head of the table. He checked his watch. Ten to the meeting. He hoped somebody would show up. Wendigo shape Gilded Rose Symbol
  3. Sephtis appeared next to group. "I'll be joining you."
  4. As the founder this is not supposed to happen. Btw. But I was voted out of the guild.
  5. You are right of course @Ookla the Ring. It is a title however. ---- So AS for the Gov. Where are we at. I totally didn't skim.
  6. In that moment the trigger ceased to work. Sephtis felt it go. He sighed. "This puts a twist in my plans." The floor began to crack showing the signs of instability that Galvris had caused. He had been holding this floor together by sheer will power of his telekinesis. Though that had broken when his weakness had been engaged. He clicked a few buttons on the console. The computer ejected a small chip. Sephtis put that chip in a small medallion around his neck. His powers came back when he realized that Aurell was still on the bottom of the Foundation build and he could still feel her through their Mind Link. He could still protect someone he cared about. "If you will excuss me. I have someone to save." With that he teleported out of the room.
  7. Thanks for the brilliant Idea
  8. I was planning on doing the wedding as part of the plot.
  9. Which point system are y'all using? I see like twelve on here.
  10. ATTENTION. Questions will be reset Wednesday of next week. BE SURE TO VOTE!
  11. He touched their minds and formed a link with them. Hello? Does this thing work? He said mentally to them both.
  12. He is supposed to go back to the core of *AHEM* why the Ghostbloods were founded. As for your recommendations 1. Lack of moral restriction do make a decent villain in the least as they are willing to cross the line to get what they want. 2. As for the Epic weakness that will be explained in the history when E3 comes along. 3. I'll think of a humanizing weakness for you when I think of a good one for my character.
  13. The Mraizeachry was a joke until it got so many votes. I feel that it should be at least considered if it wins (Mainly for Gancho Libre to vote for)
  14. "It would save me a deal of trouble. I have to deal with this one." Sephtis motioned to Max.
  15. Couldn't have said it better myself.
  16. Sephtis applied downward pressure on Max. Enough to freeze him where he stood. He telekinetically placed the chair that Max threw at Hellbent and placed it behind Max. He released the pressure and redirected it to Max's chest. "Sit down." Sephtis said. "Be calm" He touched Max's mind and manipulated his sense of calm. This was hard to do because of the investiture Max had just used. He wasn't sure that he had calmed the man. "Do either of you mind if I set up a mind link with both of you? It will allow direct communication. The Malevolence is now in orbit around the planet Yolen. I can transport you to the bridge if you like."
  17. I had Dibs on wedding planning. called it like 3 weeks ago. So back off!
  18. Hey do you want a Meeker*? Also have a freeeeeee upvote! *May or may not explode.
  19. While loopholes are to be exploited they can be dangerous.
  20. Uh, death, just maybe?
  21. "No but I can arrange for transportation ASAP if you need it now."
  22. Alright this is the thread for planning the upcoming Era. There are a few things I would like to address before we can discuss the desired plot of this new Era. Main Plot. Alright for Era 1 there was one main story line. That went up into the air when Era 2 came along. I think we had three main plots. The Well of Descension, The Great Game and The Metamorphosis. Lets keep it to one this time. The protagonists will be facing off against the Bureau of Villainy in Era 3. This is a guild that might be the only one that can bend the Guild Reform a little bit. We have not decided on a goal yet. But be assured we will. I have revealed myself as a member of this guild. The member limit will stay what it is, for the sake of keeping the total number of villains to a decent minimum. How ever these villains will be working together as a squad to obtain their objective. This means that the protagonists will have to work together to defeat us. World Depth. The Guild Reform Topic has some potential to really add world depth into the Alleyverse. I personally am excited for this. I want to be beyond just reforming guilds and suggest that we "set up" a government. One of the mods of the Alleyverse, Kidpen set up an election for mayor if you recall. I want to make this more permanent for this new upcoming Era. Having a government will not only deepen our world but it will also put limits and laws down for the villains who are willing break said law. At the moment there isn't real punishment for villains as the Alleyverse at the moment is basically a Old Western Town. A side note of important things I have noted and placed here. @Archer Thanks for the list of guilds and their members. Feel free to update it! Update on the Guild Census (official results) A reminder, we are asking everyone to PM a Alleyverse moderator or publicly declare what guild they would like to be counted under for this Republic. That doesn't mean you're necessarily participating in it, but your affiliation still has a an impact on the ability of guilds to raise armies, etc. Once a guild has five members, it becomes a Great Guild. For more details, see this thread. The Republic will cater to both Great and Minor Guilds in the House of Representatives. 1. Each Great Guild has two seats, depending upon vote, in the Senate of Alleyversial Republic. 2. There is also one "public" seat, to which any citizen can be elected by true majority. Candidacy is reduced by a process of elimination until one candidate had more than half of all votes. 3. The Chancellor is appointed from and by the Senate. 4. Laws and decisions are made by majority rule of the Senate. 5. Ties are broken by the Chancellor's intervention, but the Chancellor gets no other vote. 6. The Senate can impeach the Chancellor by a unanimous vote, and if convicted of felony or high crime, Chancellor is removed from office and punished by law. 7. Senators may be impeached by a 2/3 majority senator vote, and are likewise tried in a court of law. If convicted of a felony or high crime, they are removed from office and punished by law. 8. In the temporary absence of a Chancellor, ties are broken by popular vote. 9. In the temporary absence of a senator, the Chancellor votes in their place. 10. If war has been declared on the Allyversial Republic, the Chancellor and Senate may jointly declare a military state, in which only temporary laws may be enacted and all power is vested in the Chancellor.
