"I am the manager," Ryker huffs. "I assure you, good sir, that they are fresh. Came out of the oven not five minutes ago!"
-
"Of course of course." the man responds to @Archer . The tag on the man's shirt reads Ryker Sinclair. "Is there anyone else I can help?"
-
"Well hello!" The man behind the counter announces in a booming voice. "May I interest you in a truffle? Or perhaps a cookie? I also have other goodies for you non-hemalurgic folk. Just order when ready." The man moves toward the cash register.

A new bakery has opened up in the second octant of Elendel city. The sign on the window reads baked Delicious Edibles And Truffles Hemalurgically-pierced goods at great prices, come in an order now! 45% off! Another sign reads similarly. The inside of the store is large, surprisingly so. Several tables of different shapes take most of the room. A man stands behind a counter displaying several cakes and pasties. A man idly stands behind the counter, waiting for business.

I got Bondsmith, from this quiz. The other one I took I was a Skybreaker. Honestly I like the Skybreakers a lot, because Brandon has described flying and the lashings so well I want to soar, but I also want to destroy, using the Division surge. I digress. Comparing the quizzes, @Tal, you did a really good job, I enjoyed this way more than the other one. Also I dibs the Sibling

My username, Ryker Sinclair, is actually a character in a book that I am writing. It may or may not be Brandon Sanderson inspired. He was a character along with three others, gained the power of creation which they split between them, and Ryker got the power of Gravitation, one of the forces of nature. Remind you of Kaladin, maybe? From that point on he was known as a Key. They created certian worlds with humans altered in their image. He was(still will) appear in all of my novels in this cosmere, he was the Hoid of my cosmere. He would eventually go on to bring together a team of heroes, from previous novels, against the evil that was trying to collect all the Keys to become God, Himself. That is the basis of my username.

Yes. All ranks are. The higher the rank the more competent the member will be in completing a contract. Bottom ones are the highest, and the top ones are the lowest. There is a single chain. Members that had multiple ranks was a mistake on my part, my computer was acting up. It is now fixed.

How many spikes to take control of a person?
Lord Meeker replied to MacThorstenson's question in Cosmere Q&A
I am not sure. But I know that in BoM Edwarn and Telsin had three each without being taken Harmony. So more than three for Harmony. I would think that it would be the same for Soothers and Rioters. The more spikes one would have the easier it would be to control a spiked person. -
Indeed. We'll have to manage somehow.

Full name: Ryker Sinclair Investiture: Steel Twinborn, Skybreaker of the Third Ideal Additional abilities: Charismatic, silver-tongued Nationality: Caucasian Height: 6' 2" Age: 27 Hair color: Short Dirty blonde Eye color: Hazel Home planet: Scadrial Character's current religion, if they have one, and if not, the one they grew up in: Pathian Spouse: Desirae Sinclair (Alethi) Parents: Adrian Sinclair Sr. (Terris) & Madilyn Sinclair Siblings: Adrian Sinclair Jr, & Belarus Sinclair. He helped them with their reconnaissance and in return, they took him into Shademar. In Shadesmar, is where he snapped gaining his steel Allomancy, and was taught how to use it and make it, in addition to his Feruchemy. The group who took him there dropped him iff at Cultivation's perpendicularly where he immerge in the Horneater Peaks. He was take in by the people because he was still a child. Around this time he accidentally swore the oaths. Once he was about twenty he grew tired of the peaks. While traveling through Roshar, he met a woman by the name of Desirae, who he settled down with and started a family with her. Eh, okay. New to this whole thing.
-
@Wyndlerunner It a skyeel or a Larkin in my opinion. Something that could perch or coil around my should/arm respectively.
-
Meaning with investiture or breaths and the ability to converse with it owner? Nightblood for example? Well I though a tame skyeel would be pretty awesome.
-
That ended when I picked up the first Brandon Sanderson book. So is there any place you recommend I start to sate my desire so piece this puzzle together (or as much together as I can possibly get?)?
-
No, he hasn't, I agree. But is there any place where it describes him wearing any metal or has something like piercings? Secondly, it is fortune Hoid uses to see the future? I didn't that was applicable usage for fortune, if it is (which is how Brandon works evidently). But all I know that lerasium is the only metal on the Feruchemic chart that we have no idea how it works. I didn't know there was a difference because I literally signed up seven hours ago

Good day to all! My name is Ryker. Just popping in to say hello. Joined today, added some of my input on some theories and questions I had. I have read Elantris, Mistborn, Warbreaker, The Stormlight Archive, and White Sand. I have caught up on WS vol 2 if any of you ware wondering. I have also have read the Arcanum Unbounded. I am currently awaiting the release of the last book in Mistborn Era 2 this fall. And reading all of these books I have come up with a list of questions that would distinguish positions on the Cosmere in general. 1. What is your favorite series? A. That's tough. I am torn between Mistborn Era 2 and Stormlight Archive. 2. What is your favorite magic system? I am most intrigued by Allomancy/Feruchemy/Hemalurgy 3. What metal would you pick? If I had the absolute choice I would be a steel twinborn. I have a need for speed and I want to fly 4. What Era of Mistborn would you live in? 2. I say this because twinborns are rare here. They were unheard of in Era 1. 5. What surges/order would you be from if you had the choice? Skybreaker. I get to fly and destroy things. 6. Who is your favorite character in the Cosmere? Kaladin hands down. Wax comes second. 7. Who is your least favorite character in the Cosmere? Shallan. Her lies irritate me. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

We know that Hoid has been using some form of Feruchemy to be able to see far enough into the future to know where he has to be next, although he isn't always entirely sure why he needs to be there. We know that he took a lerasium bead to gain allomancy. Is it possible that Hoid is using metal minds that have no identity to be able to do this? Or if he was a Feruchemist in the beginning that lerasium allows one to see into the near future? (If I dug up a thread that has been buried/forgotten or created a similar threat, I am sorry, that was not my intention. I just wanted to see whether or not people have thought about this.)
-
I also think that Hoid in the musician. We also have to take into account when looking for Hoid in books is the chronology as this determines whether or not he has Allomancy or Surge binding. WS is the first in the chronology (When Dragonsteel comes out it will be second.) and correct me if I am wrong we don't know how long after WS take place after Adonalsium's "death". So in short Hoid would be his Hawkfaced blonde hair self, unless he has disguised himself with another conventional mean. He does not have breath, surges, allomancy/feruchemy at this point as far as we know to disguise himself through means of Feruchemic Atium. (Please do not hesitate to correct me. I am still new to theorizing over the internet)

This is an interesting idea. I was originally thinking that Bavadin was Trell(who similar to Hoid took on another name), or at the very least Trell is one of the Shards we do not know if he is not Autonomy. I believe he has something to do with the ending of Bands of Mourning. I was thinking that Trell or Bavadin/Autonomy as something to do with the red mist that Wax sees attacking Scadrial when conversing with Harmony upon his death. I think that since Trell being seen in WS and his name mentioned in the Mistborn series is too important to be dismissed and in my opinion is potentially a very powerful character or at the very least a worldhopper (which to me has been confirmed that he is at the very least a worldhopper)
