    The string tightened. "Let him go!" Sebastian said. "No!" Solace cried. "There is no escape I have killed everyone you could transfer to! This is the end!" Sebastian told them. Solace touched Max and Althea. In that moment as Sebastian pulled the wore that decapitated Solace, he, Solace Soel First, teleported Max and Althea to safety.

    "Quite right." Sebastian said. "Though it will have to wait." A gleaming cord appeared around Sephtis' neck. "Put down the force field or I kill him now."

    Sephtis looked up at Max. "Stop rioting me. NOW!" He said through gritted teeth. "Now who needs money? I deal in Atium. Worth much more than your puny Alleycity currency. Though it burdens me to use it. Now would you please release my dear friend Solace? I don't like him being held hostage. I have a time schedule to keep up with."

    Three people appeared from Shadesmar. A man dressed in a brown overcoat with the collar flipped up. He wore leather military riding boots. His white hair was slicked back. The second was just a bizarre creature with horns jutting out of a horse skull with skinny pulled tight over it. The creature was dressed in a butlers uniform. The third welded a shardblade and uniformly boring. "Solace my dear friend. This was just an elaborate ruse to engage your weakness. I am ashamed it worked." The newcomer said. With a wave of his hand the shardholder's head toppled from his neck. "Investiture. I hate the very form of it."

    Sephtis cried out. He ran and caught the body as it fell. "You shouldn't be here! It should be physically impossible! I erased your memory of me! Tell he how you brought her here!" Sephtis demanded bringing revolvers to bear.

    The only balance that I could think of is that your character could be afraid of aging and only uses the breath between 5 and 6 heightening

    Solace froze at the sight. In and instant he bound the woman where she was. "You can let her go!" I mean in the literal sense. She won't fall." @I think I am here.

    Sebastian looked towards the one who ask him about his army. "If you consider one man army then I do. As of right now I don't want to be come public. I reached out to the people here that would be most receptive." Sebastian explained. "I say we put it to a vote. Though I advise that you wait for my to demonstrate my prowess in battle. I do believe I have found out the weakness of the most powerful Epic that the Alleyplanet, the cosmere, and the cosmos have seen. I will kill him and you can vote. I just need to locate him." At that moment his butler walked in and whispered something into his ear. "Perfect! Anyone of you have the Transportation Surge? If not I have someone who does."

    A rending. That is what he would give them. Building folded into themselves and crushed occupants inside. He moved along the main road, killing indiscriminately. He fingered his medallion. Death. Death to all. With in a few minutes his surrounding resembled rubble. He rose into the air and stared to fling large portions of crushed buildings into other houses and building. There was no-one who could match his power. Any of the defenders fell to his overwhelming telepathy as he drew out their bloodlust. Soon they were but minions under his control.
