  1. Eos smirked. "All except one." She felt again at the ball of metal in her pocket. Atium. So that's what this is.
  2. Probably a good thing, honestly. One Nightblood is enough.
  3. I may have misunderstood the initial thing. My bad. I wonder if it has anything to do with the prolonged contact with Vasher/maybe partially the inordinate amount of Ruin's Investiture NB has locked inside itself.
  4. Azure's sword was shown to recognize people somehow. There's a rudimentary intelligence in there one way or the other.
  5. A voice echoes through the sky. "Attention all tributes! There will be a feast at the Cornucopia in three hours. Each of you will receive one item of importance to help the proceedings, but be warned: when you sit at the seats, there can be no harm done. Enjoy the feast, those of you who choose to come!" @Ookla the Foxed @Ookla the Dreamer @OOKLA the Tenno. @Ookla the Fangirl
  6. Wack. Definitely wasn't that.
  7. I didn't think the series was that good to begin with, so that felt right on par for my money.
  8. I'm gonna miss the idea of Stones Unhallowed, honestly. That was such a sick title. Might steal it now that it won't be used.
  9. Nah. You need to continue losing, fragile mortal.
  10. Jokes on you, I won the Game years ago.
  11. Depends on the Shard, I think. Certain Shards would make it more difficult, certain Shards could conceivably allow for a focus. Cultivation would probably fall into the latter category, even if that would upset his Ruin/Preservation balance since Cultivation is apparently much more Preservation's opposite than Ruin is, but that addition could break the stalemate.
  12. This should have them.
  13. The shimmers continue to evade you, stretching ever on as you progress. @Ookla the Dreamer@Ookla the Foxed
  14. Okame chuckled, completely unphased at the glares. "Should have been more specific. At least you got to experience the glory of wind around your body, even as short as it was. Plenty of fun." @Voidus@ZincAboutIt
  15. He nodded, pushing both of the others off the edge with a just-shy-of-half Lashing, cancelling enough of their weight that they would still drift downwards but not enough to hurt them at the bottom, then jumped off himself, free-falling until he Lashed himself just enough to touch gently down on the ground below. "You are all so slow. Fall faster."
  16. Okame's face darkened, reliving his bloodsoaked past. "This is not a question you are prepared for me to answer." He reached his hand to the side, unconsciously forming his grip like he would summon his Blade, but instead running his hand along the cave wall. Disapproval echoed along his bond, unable to hide from his spren what he had almost tried to do. How much longer would be be able to resist? He was weak. And growing weaker. Eos cursed. Corette wanted to leave her there to watch over everyone else? Absolutely not. She walked to the ledge, specifically not stopping anyone just to spite her. She decided she would take it one step further. "Sounds like she wants everyone to jump in."
  17. Eos reached into her pocket, feeling at the little ball she'd found. It intrigued her. Why did it reflect her light wrong? Did it have something to do with that odd chamber that made her want to break things? Was it the only one? Any why, by the Eternal Sparks, did it not get warm as fast as it should? She rolled it around her fingers, contemplating, still staring at Myriad's body. Should have asked her more about the other magics she talked about when I had the chance. Spilled milk, though, at this point, even if it was her that set the path in motion that got her killed. If she hadn't liked it, she should have suggested something. But what was that little ball? And why was it there?
  18. Yes it is.
  19. Hrathen's arc made me like him most. Raoden and Sarene are the way they are, but Hrathen's massive change was the highlight of the book, not to mention his final scenes. I enjoy a large amount of drama and a heroic sacrifice both, and those are two tick boxes on the Hrathen chart.

  21. Connection manipulation, probably, especially in light of the most recent bit of prologue from SA4 we got.
  22. I kind of doubt this. How would the Fifth Oath make a horse bond with spren? That's what the Ryshadium are, just bonded horses. I think they're just natural adaptations from the horses, not connected to the Radiants.
  23. As the sun falls fully below the horizon, the cannon shots begin ringing out, one for each dead tribute. The first day of this Hunger Games has ended. Time marches on. May the odds be ever in your favor.
