From what I know, some people will set up recording devices on the questioning table area, or in larger places find an area to record the audio, then someone goes through and transcribes as best as possible.

I'm not surprised they had manifestations of the same Surges Roshar experiences, since they're both coming from the same source. I believe the constraints (or lack of constraints) has something to do with the lack of spren guidance. Syl talks about how Szeth is worse than a Radiant because he has no spren to guide him, and this could be something similar. No two-way sapience to hold back planet-crushing abilities, no Oaths to break to cut the flow. Broad but shallow vs narrow but deep seems to be Roshar vs Ashyn Surges. I just realized this is off-topic, though. Whoops.

Time for a serious answer: Ashyn Surges seemed a lot more focused. More like gaining a specific ability than an entire Surge's worth. At least that's what I'm seeing from what I know of Ashyn, which isn't that much given the circumstances..

There's a lot of really good symbols that work as tattoos. I plan to get the Truthwatcher glyph at some point, and most of the Radiant glyphs would look good in ink, as would the various Allomantic and Feruchemical symbols, or the Nalthis flower, or the Selish symbol. It all comes down to what your favorite world or magic system is. So what's your favorite world/magic system?

I was part of a thing the Youtuber MiniLadd was hosting on his server and I made it into his voice channel and the golf game that was the theme of the night both.

They have to see the questions, but it only shows up on one screen, hence the screensharing/streaming. Unless there's a setting I'm unaware of.

Lance tipped his head equivocally. "True enough, but it isn't the first time, and after the wonderful preliminary care I got," he paused to take a swig from a flask that had been stowed away in his coat and wink gently at Nerin, "how could I even feel such a small thing as a bullet wound?"

Not a limit to the amount of people that can be in the call. I was in a call with some 500 people once, so the only limit is how much your computer can handle on that regard, but unfortunately the stream limit is very real. As mentioned, only 10 people can watch a single stream at a time.

I wonder if what they're worried about is the destruction of whatever Sleepless civilization may or may not exist on Aimia or in other places. Or maybe that particular Sleepless would end up conscripted into fighting in a Desolation that very well might kill them, since we did see what appears to be the corpse of one in one of the visions.
