30 shardbearers = 60 shards(blades and plates)? Or the count consider only a single piece( blade or plate) ? I got the impression that Dalinar are talking about "full sets" and in the army some must have only a single part that didn't entered in the count.

Indeed, but this make me wonder what really are the limitsof soulcast create. A person could "invent" something that didn't existed naturally, let say soulcaste a fruit with a unique flavor, or you could only create thing that would know ? I love ExMakina drawing of Shallan, and both Whelan and ExMakina catch very well the essence of the character, but Mr. Whelan drawing are have a epic touch to it that kind describe the "soul" of the character =)

This make perfect sense to me, even if the representation aren't perfect it was theorized (by the ardents) that must exist a error margin of how much precise you must be to lock a spren by measuring it. Another indication is that hundreds of creation spren appeared when she was drawing, that act of creation it self one could say that a Divine power. I think she "opened" a door to puppy spren obtain a form in the physical wolrd, the creation spren are atracted by this. Take this Upvote =)

We have Eshonai and Tavangian interludes too. But interludes don't enter the "oficial count" in the book, they receive a in book number like I-1, I-2 (if I remember correctlly) =)

About the troop of semi-radiant dudes, I was thinking, some of the bridgemen had odd "healings" after they come in contact with Kaladin. See Dabbid that had a would that should have killed, Teft with the arrow in the shoulder, Skar with a arrow in the foot all. In on POV Teft commented that he wasn't felling as much pain as he should. Maybe the radiant have some kind of area of affect power tha let them share a fraction of their power with their men. For what understand there are Power Levels in the Radiand order. (see sly recent comment),maybe a full Radiant could share a little of stormlight with his men, what would explain the comment in the first book "I can't pomise a place in any order but you could be a soldier" in Dalinar vision.

Thrill juke huh...., if the thrill is indeed of Odium this would be a very smoth move, make everyone that fight fell this thing so he could corrupt them, not that Sadeas need much corruption to be a selfishy jerk =) I hope that the hook are some awesome fight scene with Kal or Adolin(preference for the first one) making sport of someone. For what I remember. Mr.Sanderson said that Tal and another Herald that he didn't say who would get a flashback book. Side note, he also said that he would like make another Kal book and she mused with the possibility of also doing a Adolin. So a guess that even that list that he gived some time ago with all flashback character could easily change. Peter said on time that until something are publised any information aren't 100% sure =)

Lift could "touch" Windle cognitive vine because she was "partially in the cognitive world". Maybe Shallan could "remember" the cognitve wolrd when she take "a mental picture" what she remember are the "cognitve aspect" "idea" whatever of the thing that she is saving. She interected with plenty of lie spren because their gathered close of the "lies" that Taravigian sustain in his city. When she fisrt saw one lie spren, the lie spren was beside of the most notable lie in the book. That spren as there because of another thing but she "saw him" or to say better she saw what him looked like in the cognitive wolrd. I theorize that she will have similar effect with Sly, if she take a mental image of Kal and sly are at his side she would remember. Side note now that she aren't in Taravigian city the lie sprens aren't at her side any more, appearing in her drawing, they stayed there. Her spren bonded with her entering the physical world, this is the reason of his weak presence and the reason of why she now can see him normally, where before she couldn't see anything only remember =)

In a more serious note. Lie spren and Honor spren don't like each other. So what will be Sly reaction when she see Shallan new puppy spren ? If she say to Kaladin that Shallan are suspicious or something, that would put wood in the fire, because Shallan "will" marry Adolin that already don't think that Kaladin as is best buddy =) Implications, implications, plot get thick, me like =) PS: Another thing the Vonirism "edited" the true about Radiants odd thing don't you guys thinks. 62 day until the parshendi use their "stormform" (voidbringerform in my opinion) to storm the Alenthi camps and the 100th Desolation begin. The begin of the war will most likely be the climax of this book, with a awesome fight where Kaladin almost alone defend the Kholin family of the "Voidshendis" showing his awesome power in some awesome way making him the official Awesome Hero of the book ( be warned many safe hand gloves will be trown at kaladin in book 3) =) The shattered plains camps receive a severe blow making the survivor flee to Alentenkar where Dalinar, in the moment os more need unite all princedom to fight back =)

And Kaladin will have a cocky prince with spiked hair as rival that wear armor almost all time and don't like him very much, but in the end they will be friends.
