I believe it depends on the publisher, but I think most publishers use EST. I don't know what Tor uses.

I wish that worked for me too. To get my friends to read Mistborn I had to send at least 10,000 text messages saying "READ MISTBORN!" and even then they only actually read it when I handed them the book and said "read."

This logic is flawed. Just because you are not the first person to reach such a conclusion does not make the conclusion uncontroversial. Moash is very much a controversial subject, as there are many people with a variety of differing opinions, all of whom tend to be fairly passionate about their position. If you are trying to argue that the opinion is not "unpopular," you may be right. From what I can tell, such an opinion seems to be increasingly popular, although it still seems to be significantly in the minority. Somebody should make a poll.
