In a sense, I only came into existence when I first appeared on the Thread. A shame, too - I would have liked to be involved in your legendary battle against the destroyer."

      Yeah. Sorry I haven't been active lately, I've been busy with midterms and then got sick last week. Should be able to be more active by this Friday at the latest.

    "I bet it's the Trial of Truth," whispered Bacon. "Actually-" Bacon began to contradict, then cut off. "Uh, you are entirely correct." He conjured a piano and began to play Waterfall, doing his best to appear not nervous.

    "Hello," said a clone of Bacon. "Do you have a piano here?" "And it has to be within a reasonable time frame! No ordering Shoe to serve for the rest of his life or anything like that."

    I guess this was the last post in that storyline, so I guess it didn't say, never mind.

    "I'm not about to sign a blank check," said Bacon warily. "I've heard too many horror stories." They were in the OA's pocket dimension, recuperating from the battle, but a pursuer was able to find them. The OA opened a portal out and Nogard and Subversion stepped through, with the OA following.

    Quick recap: the group was beset by a dream eater in unreal space. It was feeding upon Ista, who experimented with feeding emotions into it. By feeding it hunger, she was able to convince it to let go. It briefly attached to the inspector, revealing a scene from his past, but he cut it off. Everyone woke back up in the real world. "Frightening indeed," said the inspector. He looked at the fading fragments of the dream eater and shook his head. "But that is no matter. It has been destroyed." He sighed. "I am sorry I cannot help you further." Erif's eyes focused. "Wait a minute!" he accused. "You never answered my question! What do you mean you can't help me?" Bacon will Narrate if he wants to The OA is currently enabling Subversion and Nogard to flee from a Brave Adventurer known as the Silent Hero. "What is this second thing?" inquired Bacon warily.

    Indeed. It represents the manipulation of silence to communicate without normal sound. Ennullers are all about Silence.

    Bacon continued to play mood-appropriate music for the foreseeable future. Night, all.

    Bacon gave one last long-suffering sigh and zipped his lips. He then started playing relaxing piano music on the piano.

    I wonder if Wit posted and immediately deleted his post, and that's what happened. I'm not sure. The female mind is a mystery to me as well.
