  1. Erif ran his fingers through the sand. "So we just..." he yawned. "touch... the..." He fell asleep. Not a watcher of the Public Broadcast System, then.
  2. Bacon turned Cricket into a cricket-shaped mech. It sounded like the barriers weren't pure nullite, so 'destroying' it in this instance would be reducing it to dust, essentially. Whether or not an Ennuller is capable of affecting nullite is a question of skill and power. The castle is in a pocket of unreal space. The place where you access it from the real world has a bunch of soporific sand in it (the only sand left.)
  3. "No," Bacon decided arbitrarily. "The soul is alive." Can't annihilate Nullite (or any of the fundamental substances, really) "Seems handy!" noted Bacon, eating the leftover sandwich.
  4. "Maybe just an inanimate-matter-annihilation-beam, then," mused Bacon.
  5. "Hmm. Well, they have a Nullite reinforced bunker, best I can tell. I was thinking of using planet-killer weapons from orbit, but that might be slightly overkill."
  6. "I call it the Baconator! It's equipped with grenade launcher, bazooka, adjustable laser cannon, and lemonade dispenser." "There you are, Quagmire! I have a question. Do you know of any involvement by the Ennullers in the Eternal Mountains?"
  7. Erif said nothing, turning away from the flashing fangs. Shall we skip to the destination? A giant mech crashed through the nearest wall. "Did someone call for me?" said Bacon.
  8. The green and red insects went to war, forming bloody trails in the air. Erif observed the battle, disturbed. "What did you do?" he asked.
  9. "Bad time," muttered Bacon, going off to prepare some things. "Uh," said Erif, "was it green before...?" A fluttering motion moved like a wave away from each step they took, carried by the hundreds of green-winged insects lining every surface. Nogard watched her go, moving gracefully from stone to stone. The portal stones bent space in a way that was painful to look at, but somehow he didn't mind. "What was that all about?" Selppaenip asked ... in a low voice. "Whatever," muttered Erif. Maybe he'd get eaten by a zombie.
  10. "Alright," said Erif. "Thank you." He teleported everyone back to Onyx's realm. "Which direction?" "Uh," said Bacon. "Bad time?"
  11. "I cannot comment," said the inspector nervously. "If you are going to Onyx... I must go." He vanished.
  12. "Ow," said Bacon. Well, this clearly wouldn't work. He teleported home, disgruntled.
  13. "Aha!" said Bacon triumphantly and began punching the wall repeatedly.
  14. "Great!" said Nogard, eyes snapping back into focus. "Let's go back to the battlefield, then." Selppaenip frowned. "...highly limited? But I thought..." TP grumbled and did a aileron roll, then landed next to Hacob. "I just walked through a door," said Erif wearily. "...you expect us to believe you want to help us?" Erif asked skeptically.
  15. Bacon gave himself super strength and punched the wall again.
  16. Bacon flew down and used his super-vision to follow the trail. Hopefully Cricket would be able to dimension-warp out of here if things went south and he couldn't get to him in time.
  17. Bacon gave himself the power of flight and flew over to investigate. "Careful. We don't know what these people are capable of."
  18. Bacon used his super-vision to identify any traces of life. Nah, he just used normal teleportation and the bacon-flavored dimensional tag he planted.
  19. "Here, let me just teleport after him-" said Bacon, teleporting after the intruder.
  20. "Look, it's not a big deal," said Bacon, rubbing his forehead. "We just follow where he went and steal the soul back! Easy as pie."
  21. The inspector shook his head. "Unreal space is not one place. Different pockets are their own worlds. The perils of one are not necessarily the perils of another." May I ask what the idea is? "Hey, wait a minute!" said Bacon. "My defenses were supposed to catch people who teleported in and send them to my spider pit! I specifically instructed Lettuce to-" He stopped for a second, remembered that Lettuce was with Sasha still, and swore.
  22. Hmm Needle is poisoned Gonna say no. Though he wouldn't be able to just erase it materially.
  23. I has an idea For how the soul sphere can be stolen
  24. I'M SORRY HALY BUT BACON DOESN'T WANT A BLOOD FEUD
