(also this is assuming you somehow ingest it all nearly instantly, with no time for you to vomit or otherwise get the caffeine out of your system)

First fix you sleep schedule. Set your alarm at least an hour earlier than anything else you have in the morning, and go to bed at a decent time.
Next go cold turkey, cut all cafinated beverages entirely, and wait it out.
