    My point is that she is only talking to the Parshmen, not using any surge (I imagine both surges to be unpleasant be used on you) I think she has a lesser Voidspren for the form and Timbre for the Nahel bond. And Listeners have two hearts, so maybe that's not a problem.

    I thought "them" means the Nightwatcher and the 3rd sibling. The SF wants to protect them because their bondsmiths broke their oaths.

    Shallan can help: just create an illusion and bind it to some stone, let's call it light-stone, and tell Szeth to carry it with him all the time and feed it some Stormlight regularly. That might also help with Seth's embarrassing soul-afterglow.

    Another theory on the Dawnshards: I think they must use Odiums power, since they were used by humans when he was their god. Maybe Odium is invested in the Dawnshards, so he is trapped in Roshar as long as the Dawnshards are kept from him?

    OTOH the Origin is apparently a perpendicularity, so it's quite possible that "sailors lost on an infinite sea" arrive from there with Stormlight in their pockets.

    My theory: Dawnshards. They were used to destroy the Tranquiline Halls/Ashyn and there is no way that H+C would have allowed the humans to keep them when they arrived on Roshar.

    I think the Unmade were freed, but their prisons, 3-4 perfect gems, might be still inside.

    The Skybreakers and the Diagram only recently switched to Odium and their members might still object to that. I think the Skybreakers were initiated by the late Honor, and the Sons of Honor might have been initiated by Odium. That leaves Cultivation without a secret society, so my guess is that she might have initiated the Ghostbloods. The Diagram was only recently created by accident.

    I think Nightwatcher and the Stormfather got their sentience and power only from interaction with their shards. Adonalsium is no more, so I don't see how there could be sentient spren with access to Adonalsium's investiture. But at the moment that's all speculation. My theory is that the 3rd sibling was of Odium but controlled by its KR and limited to powering Urithiru. When the Parsh were enslaved, it also disabled the 3rd sibling by accident.

    I don't think there was an immediate war when Odium and the humans arrived. Obviously the humans had to surrender the dawnshards and my guess is they were given to the Aimians for safekeeping. Then there was a three gods phase on Roshar that finally went wrong and resulted in the first Desolation.
