  1. I could see Susebron being played by Christian Bale though he may be getting too old
  2. Sentient Weapon Observation and Response Division @Mage
  3. Dunno why but I always heard his voice as the vampire child from the dark brotherhood quest line in Skyrim. Likely due to Vasher describing him as childish, and the fact that he says creepy things
  4. I doubt the division fused can shoot lightning or fire in an Avatar-esk manner, but I would be curious to see if they can actually generate lightning. I believe that Mr.T’s dustbringer and the Kalak prelude are evidence enough of generating fire in some form.
  5. Given that he seems to only have a close relationship with Kaladin and Adolin in the text I would suspect it will be one of them. I would also hazard to guess that it won't be healing a physical wound, ala a tongue, but rather some sort of spiritual damage that progression cannot take care of. If this is not the case I at least would feel cheated. Side note: I think it has to happen in the back 5, because he hasn't had enough screen time yet for his death to have meaning to those who have not read Stormlight. It is also possible that Vasher will be around far longer than the back 5, and will have a presence in Mistborn era 4 simular to that of Hoid or Kelsier. Edited for spelling.
  6. Just a random thought I have: would a mistborn, either due to perception or, by their nature regarding Scariel’s mist, draw a particular spren on Roshar?
  7. I really like this. It strikes me as the reality marbles in the Fate series. Maybe the visions are their own xyz location similar to how Kaladin seemed to be in a physical place, but wasn’t likely on Braize.
  8. Into the highstorm and anything else with Honors investiture. Well that’s the boring answer at least. Maybe it naturally goes to another candidate because there has to be a tenth herald. (Kaladin)
  9. What dawnshards did Jerrick or whatever his name was, and the illusion women, hold in dragonsteel? im aware BS has said the cannon has changed but I can’t help but think there is a hint in the answer.
  10. Now that we are privy to the whole lord of scars thing and we know from a wob we’ve seen hemalurgy on other worlds: I think it’s likely Mraize is spiked. It would make sense for him to have some sort of investiture beyond his aviar bond and we know how much kel likes hemalurgy. This could also explain how the feruchemist was killed as I imagine feruchemy to make someone unbeatable by a normal man.
  11. Ghostbloods and Scadrial hold equal places in my heart, but frankly I think kel is Scadrial’s best bet at surviving on a cosmere wide scale. And it’s totally not because he was the first cosmere character I was introduced to
  12. I think it’s likely that between desolations there was attempts at this. The two species populations were probably too evenly numbered for one to genocide the other. Remember, unlike the false desolation where mishram was imprisoned, the singers had access to their full minds and forms. So basically I bet people tried to between desolations but just couldn’t due to singer numbers.
  13. Forgive me I meant no perpendicularity during rasheks rule
  14. No full feruchemists alive post sazed. Plus no accessible perpendicularity during his rule.
  15. I don’t mean the light eyes I mean the folds that they presumably have when alive, or else someone would mention it. The male feruchemists has then in the prologue but has shin eyes in the interlude.
  16. So our ring wearing friends on Roshar could be from a pre-Final Empire Scadrial, in fact they likely are. So what does this mean for that era? We know that citizens were at that time almost to the industrial revolution. So basically it was like Wax and Wayne era. Except there were full feruchemists, with no end of the world, a perpendicularly, a scholarly nature, and sick magic powers. Before RoW I had never considered they would have a big cosmere presence. Maybe we will meet Lutha
  17. Oh man I didn’t even think about that. That’s likely why Brandon has been cagey about pre lord ruler times. It makes sense now that I think about it, they had access to the well, magical abilities, and were scholarly in nature. They may have even had a customs. But I still don’t see how they change their appearance.
  18. Alright so we know that both of our Terris worldhoppers have the ability to change their eyes to have the folds common throughout Roshar. How do they achieve this? By best guess is tapping Identity which in theory would match their physical self to a more Rosharan look. Connection is also possible, but we’ve seen that used in bands and it didn’t change our main characters appearance. PS: why are they both full feruchemists and not ferrings? Werent all or most feruchemists dead from spikes?
  19. Where can I read aether? And yes cross world would be neat. Don’t we know that hoid has feruchemy? Maybe it and the aethers existed before the shattering.
  20. My question is what aspect or feruchemy allows axinweth and this dead fellow to change their eyes to match rosharans? Identity? Connection? And why are they full feruchemists and not ferrings?
  21. My next question would be why brando sando decided to name drop him now? Stormlight 5 could possibly have more of him, though I doubt it. And does this mean that the world he’s on is the Aether world? Or are Aethers a cross world phenomenon?
  22. Could be more crazy than that. If the large bodies of water are perceived differently by the inhabitants we could possibly see the ocean floor have a different cognitive aspect than the actual open water parts. Think crab people living in the bottom and fish people swimming around the open bits. But I agree. I hope foil is an aquatic being, I could also see him being a water dragon
  23. They already live in a world of endless wars so net even worst case. And if Dalinar wins the contest those people will have their homelands back same as if Rayse was still around. Muchos gracias. And yeah I’m not saying the current people feel that way because they didn’t know about the desolations all that well and what not, but roshar tourists are prolly happy
  24. Ironically the one that he didn’t explicitly start turned out the peaceful-we-get-drunk kind. Though I wouldn’t call GB a religion just yet.
  25. Allegedly started the Ghostbloods, and may have little to no control of what they do on a daily basis as he can’t leave world. We don’t know he killed anyone to get that body, and if he did, what their story was. And yes the-starting-devote-religion thing is megalomaniac as heck, but seems to be one of the only tricks he knows to inspire good change, and is completely vollentary as far as we know. edit: appreciate the quick replies I’m bored af rn
