I can't wait to see repeats of discussions from the Shard by people who only watch the show too. "Can spren turn into bows?"

Is the spoon real, or is there no spoon? For the last time, she took my french fries first!

What's the most fateful day in human history? As long as it doesn't mess with my superhero schedule.

I really like that movie too, it's probably the worst one of the three imo, but by no means bad. In my case, it's been a long time since I watched it but I remember enjoying The Last Airbender quite a lot. Spaceballs is awesome. Didn't know people considered it bad. Wait, like from all, umm 12 years of school which one was my favorite? Then I guess 12th grade? I like the freedom I had at that point. Favorite Pop Tart flavor?

Good impulse restrainment skills. I just keep adding books until I forget which one I was reading first. Same with tv shows and games.

Well congrats. You just killed Brandon Sanderson. Someone had to take Pratchett's place. I wish I didn't get sick when I drink too much coffee. -
Where did you learn to surf? That depends on which phase the moon was that night.

That was awesome

Well, not exactly... Granted. You get all the Investiture available on this world called Earth. Sadly, there is no Investiture on Earth as it is not part of the Cosmere so, your life doesn't change that much. I wish we didn't have virtual classes. -
She's in a comfortable spot, which by no means equals a good spot. Her personas are in agreement and work with each other instead of fighting, which is an improvement from Oathbringer but that is more of a practical improvement than a mental one. She doesn't cause trouble to others this way but the issue is still there, and instead of facing it she turned it into her new normal state. Instead of trying to treat her illness she's just living with it and pretending nothing's wrong. And the deal with Ialai, whether it was actually Shallan who killed her or not is irrelevant here. The fact that she has to ask herself if it really wasn't her who did it is the worrying part, she can't trust her own short-term memory anymore, that's not what I would call having things under control. I don't really think there's a fourth persona but having her personality split in three parts is bad enough as it is and she should aknowledge that it's a bad thing instead of just rolling with it. And of course in the future things are likely to just fall apart. She doesn't trust herself and she's getting paranoid of others too. This won't lead anywhere good. It wouldn't surprise me if she falls a good chunk deeper in this book than in OB.

Have you comited any crimes in a foreign country? I will, if I can get a pineapple.

She was always a trouble child. Seriously, kids these days. How do you know your pet isn't actually Zeus?

Granted. You didn't give a concept of perfection though, so you get the temperature of a nice winter day on Braize. I wish I had a perfect english pronunciation. -
Request. 8 now?

Imagine fifteen years later, Adolin is having a moment of melancholy looking at a picture of Shallan, deciding to finally let her go, when she storms through the front door, dragging Mraize by the neck and casually asking Adolin to bring her a bottle of Horneater white, complaining about what a long day it has been.
-
Is that a Riddle? If so the answer is Tom.

Shallan is so good at lying to herself that she doesn't even know if it was her who poisoned Ialai. She hides it well but now it's clear that she's way worse than a year ago. The fight with Kaladin was hilarious. Making assumptions about the enemy is dangerous, you would think after so many Desolations they would know that. This book is shaping up to have a lot of science involved. I can't wait to see all the details. More on Voidlight too.

Aren't drabs actually normal people everywhere else, but since they're so used to having Breath, they feel so different? Also, about the cover, call me crazy but that doesn't look like a sword to me.

I'm not sure I understand the complaint about in-your-face messages as something new. It's true that now it happens more frequently but I'm watching Classic Who and it happens there too. There were some serials with Jon Pertwee that were all about "Hey, stop using plastic and stuff. Global warming." and feminism is a big theme, The Time Monster had this scientific who liked to complain constantly about how men were men and they underestimated women. That one was a bit weirdly represented but then we got Sarah Jane Smith who is awesome. Not to mention the Brigadier is often shown as the poor idiot who doesn't care about ecology. So yeah, I don't really think the show has changed that much. Only real difference I can spot is that it's much flashier now, but both eras are great.
