The ability to clone oneself is a pre-existing power in mitosis and was explicitly stated to be unique to him, now this isn't the Reckoners RP so we can be a little more lenient with that and assume they just escaped Reckonerverse before being noticed. A few points on this: If they all mirror each other exactly then they aren't capable of moving farther away from each other because they'd all be travelling in the same direction at the same time. Assuming you're coming up with some way around this (Potentially I suppose this depends on their position upon creation) then the power is going to be well above 75, this is multiple conditional PIs rolled into one, mixed with some straight up ignoring of physics. This is a little too outside of standards for me to accurately judge this with usual methods but I'd put it as functionally a reality warper with a PI, and from what I can gather you're implying that they can create copies of Invested items up to an extent, which is seriously problematic. Epic ability: +200 M Skills: Melee weapons (+50 S), hand-to-hand combat (+20) Weaknesses: Lint roller (-0, as I've mentioned I don't usually subtract much if anything for a standard Epic weakness, it's part of the package), Hemophobic (-15 W) Equipment: Unbreakable staff (+15), Tia card (+20) (Also, you'll need to specify the specific Tia Aon that it has, does it go to a specific location? Or a certain relative distance?) Total: 290

The young boy from the DA continued to smile confidently as the bill was propose and voted upon. Idly he twirled a small spike in one hand, looking out eagerly at the crowd of representatives.

Laurelai shook her head as she watched Mac brandishing the railway spike around. He'd tried to trick her with the same ruse when she'd first started learning to Alleytravel. But she didn't ruin the joke, allowing Mac to eventually reveal the actual spikes that they would be using and completing the relatively painless procedure. Still, she might be a little overwhelmed after all of that. Might be best to take a bit of a break for a while. She assisted in cleaning up the room, first wiping the blood off, then spraying the area with disinfectant and wiping down again. The cleanup crew would do a more thorough cleaning at some point but in case the lab was needed urgently it was still best to keep things ready. "If not, I'll show you where you can sleep for a while, though of course if you have rooms in the city then you're more than welcome to return there."

The boy shook his head, not saying anything in response and moved back into the midst of the DA group, a confident smile on his face.

The small boy from among the DA, the genius who had initiated this discussion on raspberry blowing technique, looked over towards AJ, eyebrow raised in skepticism.

The screaming was definitely new, Laurelai didn't accompany many new recruits through their Alleytravel training, but none of them had screamed upon re-entry. A few had cried afterwards, and one of them had thrown up. But those were more likely reactions to specific Alleys they'd passed through. Mac seemed to think it was due to the nature of her methods of Alleytravel, but Laurelai herself employed something fairly similar. She was already used to changing the way things ought to be, convincing something stubborn that it should be something else. Maybe the difference was the confidence? She'd already known that she could do it. Lita was still unsure. She gave Lita a reassuring smile as Mac led her off for her second attempt, hopefully this one would end a little better. "We wouldn't have brought you in if we didn't think you could do this." She said. "Just relax, you've got this."

The DA members seemed to rapidly reach a majority consensus that the primary contributing factor was likely to be related to sDNA. This may have been due for their propensity for believing that everything has contributing sDNA factors, which was a predisposition they tended to gain after spending uncountable hours grafting bits of sDNA together. Having thus proven that the DA was far more effective and better equipped for coming to swift, decisive resolution, more DA members began crowding into the room.

It was super effective, and the poll that was being conducted was changed accordingly.

"Now, now!" A particularly elderly member of the DA group proclaimed loudly. "Let's settle this civily. Ttrial by spiking! To the death!" A roar of approval resounded from the DA members, before they noticed the rest of the room. Eventually they decided to conduct a quick poll to decide the relative scholarly merits of genetics, lung capacity, and cheek structure on the ability to blow raspberries.

The group of DA members all huddled together to have a scholarly debate as to whose raspberry was a greater contribution to science, but seemed to quickly rally around the latter, given that the first hadn't even employed Hemalurgy in his pursuit of science.

Indy took another twinkie from a small pile as she responded, apparently she was from the area a while ago at least, which explained the house and why her accent was a little different from most of the others. But still doesn't explain why she decided to try talking to an Epic. Megan finished her own snack, almost choking on a few crumbs that got stuck in her throat. But after a small fit of coughing she recovered enough to answer. "Oregon. Portland" She said, a touch of anger creeping back into her voice. "Right in the middle of all the turf wars, just managed to get out in time before everything really blew up." Hopefully, the city took all those Slontzes with it when it exploded. She thought with satisfaction, taking a moment to enjoy the mental image of Nighthound and Lightwards both screaming as the museum erupted in a ball of flames around them. Then again, they were both High Epics right? So they're probably still stalking the ruins of the city trying to figure out who gets to rule the ashes. Then she realized the second question Indy had asked. Her hair? She toyed absently with a loose strand for a moment, noting the silky sheen that it had regained that morning. "I don't know about a supermodel, but it was a lot worse this morning. I met this weird Epic, he... I don't know really, but suddenly it was like this again. All clean and nice. Not tangled." For a moment she considered tracking Kokichi down again, they had been really helpful. Maybe not exactly awe-inspiring as Epics go, but if they could keep doing that trick then she'd keep them around just for that if nothing else.

Yeah, definitely not for small stuff.

Yep. I still tend back towards the Reckoner RP way of threads, with one thread for the RP and another for out of character discussion. Helps prevent threads from getting bogged down with a bunch of OOC stuff that people need to skip over if they just want to read the plot.

Really sorry for the delays on this everyone, hoping to power through some more worldbuilding shortly and we can get started sometime this week. Think we have enough characters for it. Unless anyone wants to RP as a native of the world this takes place on then I think we'll keep the worldbuilding behind closed doors for now, keep everything a bit of a surprise and let people explore to figure things out. From the viewpoint of the Alleyplanet this is going to be a pretty unexplored place so not a lot of information would be known about it, the major guilds may know a little bit.

Starting a little, Megan fumbled her catch, the small package bounced off of her numb fingers and fell towards the floor, but a reflexive burst of power froze it in midair, the small momentum it had was transferred away into the ground. She stared at the hovering package for a moment before picking it up out of the air. She hadn't used her powers much since Impact had left, only when she'd had to for protection. Usually Backtrack's protection, he did need a lot of it after all. But it still burst out of her on instinct from time to time. Something about the powers just wanted to be used. Her tears had finally dried up, so she quickly wiped her face down and brushed her fingers through her hair, restoring it back to how it had been, how she'd seen impact wearing it earlier. With her other hand she held the twinkie up, looking it over quizzically for a moment before opening it up and taking a bite. Oh wow, I'd kind of forgotten what real food tastes like. She mused, feeling a little more tension draining from her as she ate. All those trail rations and scavenged meals... next time I go on a long trip I'm bringing a truck of these with me instead. She looked over towards Indy, trying to make sense of her still. What kind of person saw an Epic crying on the road and went up to talk to them? Megan was an Epic herself and even she would likely steer very wide of someone like that. Or maybe try to kill them while they were distracted, if they were an enemy. Where did that come from? We don't kill people. Well, maybe Allis- Impact does now, but we didn't used to. Just harmless fun. Maybe break someone's arm if they get a bit handsy or something but... She shook her head for a moment, trying to clear it. She felt a frown still creasing her brow, the way it did when she was really annoyed with someone, and tried to force her expression back to something calm. "So, Indy." She started, trying to distract herself. "You from around here?" Dumb question, she brought you into her house, of course she's from around here. Though she doesn't have the same accent as everyone else.

Laurelai followed a short distance behind, far enough that she hopefully wouldn't distract Lita but close enough to help if needed. Like most of the more senior Denizens of the DA, Mac didn't exactly have a full grasp on what most people considered normal. She still remembered the headache it had caused when he'd taken her through that Alley that let her peer into an infinite number of herself peering back. It turned out that staring into an infinite abyss of probabilities tended to significantly alter the Identity of those who weren't used to it. She'd had to redesign all of her stamps so they still worked on her. Entering one of the non-complex Alleys once more she let out a small sigh of relief. Learning more about the Alleys in the past two years had done little for her sense of vertigo and unease. It had made it worse in some ways. Walking through a hall of multi-hued lights was weird, knowing what those lights were? Well, perhaps some lessons should wait until a bit later.

For a Savant? Probably like a suburb at the most.

Just a note on the Seeker: The range of their ability seems far in excess of what we've seen anywhere previously. That would be TLR levels of power, if not higher.

Laurelai watched with a wry smile, her own first visit to R&D had gone much the same. They could be an overwhelming bunch even at the best of times. Their motives weren't always clear but maybe that was due to the disappearance of their department head? She'd heard once that the Stranger was one of the oldest Denizens of the Dark Alley, but apparently had been caught up in his own research for quite some time now. "Yes, perhaps just some simple equipment for now? One of the Spanreed pens? Maybe a copper medallion for learning Alleycant if there are any left?" Laurelai suggested. "Though she has also expressed an interest in things that shouldn't work but do. Got anything flashy we might be able to see?" She winced even as she'd finished talking. The last time she'd asked R&D to show her something flashy, one of them had immediately opened a gateway towards an empty pocket dimension and shown her the sun they were building in there. It had taken almost a week for her to recover her eyesight after that. The blue-skinned researcher from earlier nodded in response and started rummaging through the crate he'd pulled out with one hand, with the other he absent-mindedly started patting down the pocket that was still emitting a stream of smoke. When he pulled his hand away it seemed as though the tips of his fingers were starting to dissolve into smoke. "Aha!" He yelled, pulling a small cluster of pens in a variety of sizes from the crate. "Spanreed pens, all joined up to the central comms room. Are you sure you wouldn't prefer a spike for learning Alleycant? It's how it was originally developed you know. Nice and traditional. Or I think we might have a modified chasmfiend around here somewhere, you could try learning with that instead?" Laurelai didn't want to contemplate how the researcher imagined that they could nonchalantly twirl an entire chasmfiend around in their hand, but simply shook her head. "I was thinking something simple to start with. Any preferences Lita?" She asked. @Fatebreaker, @ZincAboutIt

Maybe an intelligence score at the least, yeah.
