Welcome to the forums! That would indeed be great, although even with just the one he does get a lot written compared to other authors (Looking at you GRRM and Rothfuss) Would you care for a welcome-to-the-forums-cookie?

Also someone just posted this elsewhere: Fatal Memory Error With capitals. So of course I am now obligated by the laws of 17th Shard to make it into an Epic. Fatal Memory Error Primary: Memory manipulation- The most powerful memory manipulator on the planet FME is capable of making people forget how to walk or breathe.

I really liked working on the league of shadows and they seem to have been well received so I made another group of fire-related Epics: The Flame of Heaven Veritati(v2): Former priest obsessed with finding ‘heretics’, he believes that Epics are the Nephillim of the bible, sons and daughters of fallen angels who lay with human women. While his ability to control fire is almost non-existent, his ability to summon it is unrivaled. He can cause almost any object in his field of view to burst into flames. His wounds passively heal whenever they are engulfed in fire, and if conscious he will instinctively ignite any part of his body that is wounded, causing it to heal. Fallen Phoenix: Teleporter capable of appearing in a burst of flame. He can also create lasting portals between any two fires, the fires will burn cold for the duration of the portaling effect, causing no damage to any objects transported through them. Pyrelord: Capable of turning his body into fire hot enough to melt bullets, flying and shooting fire from his hands. Relatively standard fire Epic. Hellfire: Can produce a black flame from his hands which is impossible to extinguish, the fire will burn until the next dawn or dusk. Hellfire can also use this fire to scry the future somewhat, able to foresee any sources of danger to him until the coming dawn/dusk. Tartaros: Can summon fiery demonic beasts, these beasts are generally inclined to obey his orders but are not bound to do so and possess their own free will. He can to a degree choose the form of the beasts he summons.

I didn't, I just thought it was a cool signature 'I was here' type thing when I was thinking about ghosts and ectoplasm but it definitely could. I'm happy for you to change him as much as you want.

The shadow plane would essentially be a functionally identical clone of the original so it would run out of fuel at the same time the original would have. Although if he still had the original he could just clone it again. Headcanon gives him a limit on the number of living shadows he can control, but no limit on non-living shadows.

Ok, you can be presiddent. I'll just stick to being world dictator. Less pressure to not go on homicidal spike rampages bake sales that way anyway.

His powers are largely limited by circumstance so I didn't give him an upper limit, at night I suppose that would technically mean he could pull an earth out of the ground but it would probably take longer than the night would last to do so, so I don't think he'll be doing that anytime soon But yeah a decent sized building sounds like a reasonable limit.

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)
Voidus replied to killersquirrel59's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
Granted. Everything that used to be white is now a slightly off shade of grey. There are no portalable surfaces in the world. I wish someone would come up with a wish for me. -
Voidus finished his first taco and then ate a second.

League of Shadows: Shadowstep: Shadow merging passive ability, merges into any shadows he comes into contact with, allowing instant travel across a shadow or seeming invisibility while hiding in the shadow. Former member, currently in the MEE. Flicker: Can teleport only while in shadows, can also produce an EMP which temporarily shorts out electronics. Nightshade: Can ‘pull’ an object or beings shadow from the ground causing it to become a 3 dimensional object capable of everything the possessor of the shadow is capable of (Excluding Epic abilities), living shadows will obey orders given by Nightshade Midnight Tears: Can suck all light from a room, becomes completely intangible when in darkness however can solidify parts of his body at will however any parts of his body that become solid while still in darkness slowly exude a thick black liquid. Typically gouges out his victims eyes to kill them, leaving his signature ‘black tears’ on the corpse. DarkQuake: Can cause any shadows to become a solid surface and also capable of sending ripples or vibrations through that surface. Twilight spark: Technically an energy Epic however his energy constructs draw in light from around them, capable of creating replicas of living beings which can act with a degree of free will but will obey any of his mental commands. Eclipse: Illusionist who creates a bright halo around himself, but shrouds his body itself in darkness. The halo is bright enough to blind anyone looking directly at it. I'll add them to my second post on the Epics of Oregon thread.

Voidus got confused. So he sat in a dark alley somewhere, eating tacos.

Adventurer post is up in Astoria, I imagine he'll quickly come to the attention of Bloody Mary with his near continuous teleportation, he's not very subtle. Also what are we doing with Astorian characters weaknesses? Posting them to Edge? Twi? Both? Writing them out in flammable ink and burning it, sending their spirit to the Almighty?

I somehow missed this Hazekilling tip? Um... 'Don't actually try to kill a haze. They're non-living entities.' -Voidus How's that? More seriously how about spiked armour to help protect from thugs/pewterarms? Although it would likely leave you less mobile then. The VoidHound: A truly monstrous beast, his loyalty and companionship are much valued. He has been gifted with the powers of a Coinshot, Steelrunner, Seeker and Bloodmaker. Able to keep pace when following Mistborn through the mists with his steel-pushes, his Steelrunning allows him even greater speed enabling him to catch fleeing allomancers. His heavier weight allows him to win most Steel-Pushing contests he is in and his bloodmaker abilities will reduce his recovery time should he be wounded. His abilities as a Seeker combined with his already sharp senses enable him to track his prey accurately over long distances.

The Adventurer strolled into Astoria with a smile on his face, slipping around the guards had been easy, he'd just zoomed in on his minimap and avoided all their patrols. "Phew. Checkpoint." He exclaimed as he reached the city proper, a subtle beam of light briefly visible around his form. "Spectacular skybox in this zone." He remarked to no one in particular, taking in the slightly odd view of the sky. He walked into a nearby shop, shifting straight through the material of the door instead of opening it. They had no supplies that he wanted but hopefully he could get some information out of them. He stood staring at the air around the store's clerk for a moment, examining his options. "Tell me about Astoria." He asked bluntly, face blank. "Um... sorry?" The clerk asked. damnation. I hate persuasion minigames. Is there an intimidate option? "Tell me what I want to know or I'll smash your face in!" The Adventurer said, voice suddenly intense. "A-A-A-Astoria? Well it's um.. Lucentia rules here, the diamond queen, it's been quite stable since she took over, and a few powerful Epics help her rule like Deathgale or the Metal." The clerk managed to mumble out under the Adventurer's stern gaze. The Adventurer abruptly returned to his former demeanor. "That is all I wished to discuss." He said before leaving the store, stopping only to knock over one of the shelves. Oooh, good physics too. I think I'm going to like this game. He shifted back through the door out into the streets again and continued further into the city.

This. Is. Awesome.

Eclipse and Midnight Tears were envisioned to be the cornerstones, since they can create shadows they naturally support the others. (Eclipse's illusion powers aren't defined in my headcanon so feel free to make them as strong/weak as needed)
