She also has a somewhat overinflated opinion of her own Slontzeyness. I mean, she's on the ATTD list but worse than Nighthound? That's not even possible. Although... She is one of those people who incessantly makes wordplay jokes with peoples names...
-
Neverthere has some skewed opinions on how to handle Nighthound.

Watching a coldly disinterested Lucentia leave without saying a word to her Neverthere ran the possibilities, she was either attempting to show off that she didn't need to talk to other Epics or Neverthere had gotten under her skin in some way. Both could be used in their own way. Quickly hiding her calculating gaze by scrunching up her eyes and sticking her tongue out at Lucentia's back she turned to the remaining Epic. Someone close to Lucentia in any case. A dangerous rival or an ally? Sizing him up she thought it might have been a bit of both. He had a dangerous look about him, something that just urged her to run. But one thing Neverthere rarely had to worry about was how dangerous an Epic was. Unless they had some tracking powers then there weren't many who posed much of a danger to her. “Neverthere, right? I take it I have you to thank you for my new cute companion here, right?” How'd he know? Ah. C4 of course, little brat must have told them everything already. Giggling at him, Neverthere waved her hand in an offhand manner. "Oh please I didn't do much. Be careful though, she's not just a cute companion, she's also capricious." This set off another round of giggles as she tried to decide what to do. "Hmmm... I wonder, if she's the cute capricious companion of Calamity and you're her companion doesn't that like- make you god?" Sketching out a mocking curtsy she shot a glare at C4 as she dipped her head. What else did you tell them? I swear if anything happens this slontze will seem like prince charming compared to what I'll have in store.

I bet Nighthounds weakness that it will go exactly as I say.

I'm imagining Remington challenging Lightwards to a duel by slapping him with his own hand.

Well if a rabbits foot is lucky surely a dozen or so leprechaun king hands should be too right?
-
Thats... distasteful to say the least.

That's kinda my point, the bomb didn't diminish in energy in any way, the energy was just redirected.

Quite a bit, although given how new the MEE is there's not a whole lot of information to give. But yeah she'd divulge the nature of the MEE and its leadership pretty quickly along with a short list of Epics she knows work for them.

You can redirect a ball without putting in any force at all in an elastic collision, certainly doesn't mean prof produced the same amount of energy. And again even if he did that doesn't necessarily make him more powerful. Going purely by energy the most powerful Epic we know of is Curveball. Creating matter out of nothing for his gun is orders of magnitude more powerful than Regalia, Steelheart and Obliteration put together if you were strictly taking energy into account.

On the topic of Lucentia, any idea what's going on with Astoria? Are we still just waiting for the tower? Also, not sure if I mentioned this already but I think Nevertheres range extends to Astoria even from Portland so she could act as a potential link between stories if necessary at any point.
