  1. I must first apologize for missing your questions I don't know how it happened. Now to your answers. A fair question though I should come clean that in fact I am unfamiliar with Gregorian chants and thus have no favorite. As for Pineapple on pizza though I never had the pleasure of eating it I would imagine it to taste fairly descent if I tried it so sure I would eat it if I had the chance. Definitely Coruscant from Star Wars. @Darkness Ascendant A difficult question as I have so many, but I suppose N.C.I.S may be my favorite. A virgo am I. I probably should not though I might just be able to. Too many I assure you of that. I would not profess to know of Xenu's plans though it could of been who could say for certain? What else you got sharders? Wanted to hide the second post did not seem to work so I hope that covers it as not being a double post.
  2. Durendal, Excalibur,Joyeuse, Sting, Shardblades, and of course Nightblood.
  3. @Calderis There would not need to be assuming that something like say smokeform is a form of Odium. They would sneak in do the damage get out all without incurring harm to themselves. Mind you they could also be quick amd stealthy in the dead of night do their thing and be gone.
  4. All this is true yet there is still much more to consider. For instance we do not have numbers on how many voidbringers there were during the desolations. A small group smuggled into capital cities laying waste to governments... would set mankind back quite a bit. Also what if they focused on grain storage depots, armories... if they took out specialists in the chaos much wisdom would well be lost and the destruction would be most severe.
  5. There once was a single power whose shattering led to one who is dour destruction he wreaks reality he tweaks the chaos started at the tower.
  6. It seems to me unavoidably obvious that it must be Taravangian who is the man in the robes. While Ishar as a son of honor would be both interesting as well as an ironic coincidence there are several things which force me to that conclusion. First as a matter of working themselves into the inner circle we know Taravangian to be a close friend of Gavilar which would not require any level of subterfuge to accomplish. While its true that Ishar has had a lot of time to work at it the necessary legwork would in of itself require a massive conspiracy to fool Gavilar into letting him into the inner circle. And if Nale and Kalak saw him or became aware of his activities Nale would not trust him. There is the matter of Taravangian basically admitting to being there. He says that Gavilar told him about the visions and the implications throughout seem to be that he was a member of the sons of honor if so then it seems in light of the prologue that he must have been there. This by all accounts was a meeting of the inner circle which he must have been a a part of.
  7. That's fine keep it within. We'll tie you up nice and tight and toss you into a vat of bleach. Eventually your charge will be expended and then good night.
  8. @AzizishWillshaper Welcome to the Perpendicularity of the creator. Enjoy everything and anything Brandon. Remember if they offer you cookies say no. I have no doubt that you'll fit right in.
  9. Well placed dicapitate both arms to remove the metal minds. Then watch as they bleed out.
  10. I have to say that Warbreaker is by and far my favorite book. That is a very interesting question. I hope that Oathbringer will grant some insight into the mindset of the highspren. I would also like to gain some more access to Jasnah's thoughts on the whole situation in the shattered plains/ Urithiru Villains who supposedly die and awful death and then seem to reappear five minutes later.
  11. When your flashlight goes out and you are disappointed that you are not glowing.
  12. I am somewhat enamored with the idea of being a mysterious newcomer though I will admit that I am not completely thrilled with being so mysterious. It makes things far more interesting if I am a known quantity than someone lurking in the shadows. I have not tasted them together I have eaten them apart and enjoyed them but I have never had the pleasure of combining them. That is a tough call, but I would definitely have to go with Nightblood.
  13. "I am the king of a place which resides everywhere and nowhere. My power shatters worlds and forges entire realities in the blink of an eye.
  14. When you the lunch that you prepared disappears before you get the chance to eat it and you shout CURSE YOU LIFT!!!
  15. @DroughtBringer it certainly did not bring about the change and the rise of the voidbringers as that is what shocked Jasnah and forced her to admit that everything that she learned in shadesmar about the past desolations was useless. If there as an everstorm in the past then it was not anything like what Roshar is dealing with at this time.
  16. People who are so obstinate in their reading habits to the point of dismissiveness and even outright rudeness bother me to no end. (I once went to school with someone who was snobbish as far as his reading habits were concerned and lets just say it was extremely unpleasant.)
  17. Considering the WoB which confirmed them to be of Odium Unmade does appear to be the most likely. @Crucible of Shards observation about the symmetrical theme is spot on which adds significantly to the weight of the evidence which points towards the unmade as the Parshendi gods. Though watch Brandon pull a fast one and throw something at us from left field.
  18. A demon from another dimension bought my soul for infinite knowledge. The magic talking sword made me do it!! 42. I own the delorean.
  19. It is interesting that the prologues are moving backwards considering that the back five books will involve a nice jump forward in time. It looks to me like the nature of time and perspective is going under the magnifying glass and I find that fascinating. A Nale perspective might be interesting. In my personal opinion so would a Liss P.O.V prologue.
  20. Welcome @ButteryShards to Brandon's perpendicularity to the cosmere. As you know this is the not so secret secret place to indulge in anything and everything Brandon. Enjoy yourself and once again welcome!!
  21. My research indicates that there is a nine hour time difference between Seattle and Poland.
  22. @Calderis I think this is somewhat linked to the ironic nature of the terminology used by both men and Parshendi. Language is a powerful and the use of vibrant and radiant is a prime example. These two innocuous words are rather similar in meaning and yet no precisely so. I believe that the use was rather intentional by both Gavilar and Brandon. Imagine how the knights must have viewed themselves. Radiant almost seems (Pardon the pun) too dull a description to accurately capture their true glory. Then of course there are the listeners who we have learned submitted themselves to dullform to escape their gods whatever they were. To call them vibrant I suspect is only not accurate because we cannot truly gauge how they were before. I think that the point that is being made is that of complementary natures of man vis a vie the knights radiant and the Parshendi vis a vie possibly the voidbringers (or what they were before). Gavilar is linking them together inextricably, but not so much so that they become indistinguishable. He seems to be arguing that together they are whole, but apart they are nothing. Brandon takes the irony of how they look at each other and forces us to ask whether or not the way that they view themselves and the other is accurate to the exclusion of that other. Are the knights Radiant if they lack the sensitivity to the other and what of the Vibrant listeners who think of men as monstrous things?
  23. Feruchemical pewter + Feruchemchal steel = *Gasp* The Lord Beaver has ascended!! By the Lord Beaver Ikea will fall!!
  24. Welcome @ChazBolt to the secret sanctum of Brandon. I have no doubt that you will very quickly add to the massive stockpile of cosmere knowledge. Enjoy and remember say no to the cookies!!!
  25. It may be doubtful, but not impossible. Also remember he would never think that prosecution or punishment was possible so he would never dream of the need to pardon himself. And in terms of valid punishment perhaps in the spirit of the law that holds true, but by the strictest standards which Nale holds dear who is to say.
