I think that's a sensible compromise. Eternum. Since we're voting because of an inactive medium, then stick will be mostly inactive as well. So I see no sense in voting stick atm for medium.

I agree. I wanted to bring attention to the bigger picture. Not that I'm against a lynch. In fact I agree that the court should lynch today.

I was just mentioning the point about lynching the strongest village read. I am on phone so couldn't go and check exactly who it was but thought it was you so put your name with question mark. Yes it is actually all speculation. I was just wondering as to what is the purpose of the protectors and why anyone would want the mediums dead. Stick also mentioned about neutral roles in their post. Also, what purpose would a meeting serve in regards to the mediums. I'm sure it would be to further their win con.

Hmm. So I was expecting a lot more activity in the meeting since we have all the players in one place now. And ouch, three foresters dead. Not much from the mediums. Still on the role hunt, I guess. But PMs in the night only so maybe not. Yh so we have the elims of both sides now. It's actually really fun when you think about it. Each side will want to lynch the other side's strongest village read. I think maybe that's why Orlok? Mentioned it in a previous post. It's going to get hectic with votes. Almost like 4 factions. Each is allied with another but we don't know who they are and want to avoid lynching them. Another option is that there is no lynch today but seems like it will be waste of a meeting. What else can we try to achieve here? There has to be a purpose for the meeting. What if the mediums are the ultimate baddies? I'm not too familiar with neutral roles in SE (since I'm new) but the elims won't really have a reason to lynch them since the mediums are neutral. So why a protector? And what if the secret roles they are looking for are their hidden teammates that only the mediums are aware of (about being the medium's teammates) and the players do not know yet and the mediums have to get in touch and let them know. Or they could be trying to find the secret role/alignment and get rid of them (their wincon). And the two mediums could be in a race with the other? @STINK Sorry if I have missed it but any reasons why you called the meeting? We know Doc was thinking about it as well. (Though, It's definitely more interesting like this) I won't be around too much but will post when I can. Edit:ninja'd by stick...including post content

The elims could just be letting the village do some work for them. Edit: So guessing that they're probably all village.

It will be interesting to see the medium in action. When can they start posting in both threads then? As soon as they're chosen or starting from day turn? So PK was village. Now we can look back on PK/doc and PK/araris interactions. Araris explained in the day 1 thread that it might be the playstyle difference that made them vote. I'm still not leaning elim on them as I think it would be too elimy that early on. In that scenario, I think they would both either be village or both elims. And trying to clear the other in case one gets lynched. I think it was village/village in this case. Opinion subject to change. Need to think more on the Pk/Doc but I think the PK vote was rather impulsive and gives me a bad feeling. P.s. @Jondesu forgot to unvote. Rollover is 5am for me.

I'm going to vote Jondesu for lynch. The vote switches seemed to me like an attempt to start a bandwagon and then moved when it didn't gain traction. Obviously I could be wrong but these are my thoughts atm. Reading stick as village. It might just be because I'm in stick's village read. Leaving my vote on Flash for medium. He's enthusiastic about the role. Again could be an elim trying to get power but reading village for now. Eternum better start using that role. Haven't seen much from @Araris Valerianrecently. What do you think about the Doc medium now?

I asked in a PM and I believe they can have a role from either court or forest. I want to look over the thread once more before I vote. I never have enough time in one go so I have been occasionally coming on and checking. I don't know why Eternum would roleclaim. He could just be doing it because it's not common. If he's not actually ysenrin then he's drawing attention away like some noted in a post a while ago (can't remember who). HH doesn't seem to villagery to me atm. It's those questions he's asking. Araris' vote seemed too aggressive to me to be elim. Actually, instead of doc I shall move my vote to flash for now as well.

Hah nice. Just the playstyle of Eternum. Very similar to last game. Btw, I voted for Doc because he seemed to be really into it all. And an active medium will do us good. Obviously, he's off atm but I'm sure that because of the timings and misc. Otherwise, I don't mind voting for Flash if he's serious about it. Anyways; what if everyone from both threads take the test? What are the chances of it happening? And who else wants to see it happen? (We can do it if we try!!)

Is voting early really that suspicious? I know you are just talking about the Medium but it's kinda the same thing. In that case, your vote on PK falls in the same category.

Oh I will devour all the sample chapters and then some. Hope it's not too far off. I think reading these chapters won't spoil a whole lot. And these will most likely have been picked with that in mind. Not a lot of spoilers. Not too much *important* information or revelations, I hope, but I'm still reading them. Can't wait.

I'm going to go with Mage for now. Their posts just seemed a bit weird to me last cycle as well. Lopen has given a better reason above. Mine's mostly a gut read atm. Edit: Lopen has changed his vote but I'm keeping mine here since I won't be around for rollover and in case they decide to change it to mage.
