  1. Thanks, but no. I've been spiked once, and that's enough. And it was just in my role play that had nothing to do with the Alleyverse.
  2. Hey, can i get in? TUBA hasn't been doing anything lately, and I'd like to do something.
  3. And the third Bondsmith down is the Sibling. I don't know much about it.
  4. When you got @Cel a B4 t shirt for her birthday. When you can say Rock's name. (Still working on the spelling).
  5. All. The. Time. If live to go to Germany, honestly. I'm part German, and I'd love to learn to speak German, which is a little weird here. I took a few short little lessons, and i can now read a little bit, (hardly any) and can speak even less. When your tuning your banjo and wish you had perfect pitch. Same goes with timpani. And trumpet. No joke. I'm learning banjo, and an relearning trumpet, and i do percussion in my school's band. When you need to stop writing such long replies to everything people say!
  6. I don't even have hundreds of dollars. It might not be the best thing to try until i find some other people, preferably at my school, who play. Until then, I'll stick with collecting books, hotel pens, bouncy balls, rubber ducks, and rocks. Thanks for the advice, everyone. I'm going to stick with being a professional mancala player. (I play against myself. I also play the version that no one knows about. The actually fun version, though i know the most common one too. I like being alone). When you have 39 Cosmere related things hung up on your wall around your room, all but one traced by hand. (This is a common symptom of having way too much spare time, or of procrastination, or both. Or possibly not having enough books to read).
  7. What should i start with?
  8. When you're mom asks you if you see Wit again, (she's reading tWoK) and you just start laughing. Also: I just found some Magic: the Gathering cards in my local Walmart and was wondering if it's worth starting to play, and if so, where to start. (The only one i know of who plays, though, I'd my cousin, and i only see her every other month or so).
  9. I didn't read Warbreaker until after WoR. The connection between the two isn't actually important until the end of it (and you're just fine without it) and OB, really. But I still freaked out when I (WB and WoR/OB spoilers) I. Can't. Wait. For. Storming. Fall. I need season six!!! Urgh! Ene, you have cursed me!
  10. It was marked on the 26. Oops. I'm really confused. I have June 20 marked as the start of tKotC. Oooh... June 20 was the day we started the first pm, and July 26 was the day the role play started. When you have two dates relating to your role play marked on your calendar, along with Koloss Head-munching Day.
  11. When you have yet another dream about Brandon coming to your school. I was really really excited because i thought it was real. Then i realized school doesn't start until August, and i was dreaming. *sigh* the disappointment. When your notebook you take to church is full of little doodles of Mistborn, Radiants, tKotC, Roshar, and ducks fighting unicorns, and prior fighting who are riding the ducks and the unicorns. When you name a baby bird you found Shallan. Sadly, it died, because i Wasn't allowed to take care of it. it has fallen out of a tree. I floated it down a river. poor baby robin. One of the first things i said to it was, "Keep cutting at those thorns, strong one. Make a path for the light." Hence the name. When you have KotC written on your calendar. I forgot why. If anyone can figure it out, that would be great. (It's on July 20). Whenyou use All of your upvotes for today on this thread.
  12. When you feel bad because the only Sanderson books you brought on this trip are the audiobooks, and two ebooks. *sigh*
  13. I put this quote on a conversation that was all Sanderfans, and keys just say, the theories they came up with were crazy.
  14. Completely slipped my mind yesterday, but yesterday was the one year marker of the Knights of the Cosmere. We are still an active role play (kinda), which is sayin a lot.

    1. AonEne

      CELEBRATORY YAY FOR KOTC:

      YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

  15. When the only reason you want to go to the family reunion is so you can talk to your Sanderfan cousins. And and aunt and uncle. Six in all, and my mom's about halfway done with tWoK. When you have a bag full of coins sitting next to your bed in case of an emergency.
  16. All i said earlier was She is sixteen, and a worldhopper. (Or should i say, bookhopper). But she doesn't know what she can do, until some other people find her. And she really likes books. And swords. And is really good at using both as weapons.
  17. Wait... I'm confused. I said nothing...
  18. Then I'm an oddity. Both are great. But I'd choose the rain over either of those.
  19. Oathbringer. No explanation necessary.
  20. I think being a Windrunner would be one of the coolest things ever. But being a Feruchemist would be super handy, especially in school.
  21. If you wanted to reread the Cosmere, I would suggest rereading it in the order you first read it in. Or just reread your favorite ones over and over. (I'm I my seventh round of tWoK, I've gotten through WoR six, and OB three. I'm always listening to one of them on Audible, and pick up something new every time). I also have to mention tWoT. That is sure to keep someone busy for a while. And they are really good, if you have the patience to read them. And Sanderson's non-Cosmere stuff, though not as complex, are still amazing. But stuff besides Sanderson and Jordan is hard. I'm most experienced in the realm of YA and children's. I finished reading Fahrenheit 451, and it was one of the best books I have ever read. It's dystopian, and was written in the early 1950s, but was mind blowing. And I've heard the Rira Chronicles by Michael J. Sullivan are amazing. Oh, and there's this guy called Brandon Sanderson, and if you haven't read his books, go read them, because they are absolutely amazing.
