Long Game (3)2: Pulling on Strings
Arinian replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Okay, I'm back. I will try to be normally active from now. So Rae. I already many times voiced suspicions of Rae... but Wilson's reasoning sounds much better . But I still don't see reasons for Inquisitor to convert her... she surely was not best target for conversion. I even don't understand why new player would convert her. Don't have nothing else to say, I almost fully missed couple cycles... sorry for that . -

And what this things that he shouldn't to know? Cause I don't see any reasons why Kipper is more suspicious then Aonar. But if you will give some reasoning maybe I will change my mind. Also, why elims will act in the same way as you? For example Nyali easily bandwagoned on her teammates. Or in LG28 I just not voted when there were 2 villagers main targets for lynch. Okay, okay lets kill Kipper if you so sure that he is elim. -

I know that I'm not paying enough attention to this game sorry for that... but exams... exams killing me(I will try to find more time on this week... but I doubt in it). Oh and let's kill Aonar he wants to be lynched, it's will be very bad if we will dissapoint him. -

What to say... looks like coincidence cause I'm sure that I'm not tineye. Also to say I didn't have acces to internet from Saturday, just saying that if someone is interested why I was inactive. About my "alignment indicative jokes". I also joked in LG30 where I was villager... everyone who wants can go and look my discussion with randuir about number of elims there was joke about "4.4 and dwarf elim". I still don't read through all posts, just skimmed thread. But I don't like this bandwagon on Drake. Yes I was one who pointed on change in his playstyle but except that I don't see any reasons to vote on him. Also I've seen Wilson said that is usually for elims to overreact on false accusations. I don't know how for others but for me it's usual when I'm villager, I was really angry when Lopen was tunneling on me in LG30. For now I will vote for Rae, looks like she tries to stay low, unnoticed... maybe it's just I'm tunneling on her. Who knows... not me. That's all for now. -

I already couple times stated on what my vote on Aonar is based but looks like you missed that. He lurking that's main reason and also his behavior. Also may I ask you where I fillerposting? Jokes about Rae's super ability? Don't know. Also I don't understand why experience of previous games is bad reason for vote. Give me answer on that too. -

Interesting how your ability to attract bloodthirsty crowds works with convert hmm... If you will be converted all bloodthirst will dissapear in moment, or it will last for some time after you will be converted -
Long Game (3)2: Pulling on Strings
Arinian replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
1. I have no doubt that Aman was killed by elim. What need for coinshot to hit Aman? I don't see good reasons for that... Okay I see some reasons: 1)We have absolutely erratic coinshot. 2)Coinshot is veerrryyyy paranoid of Aman. But both this possibilities is stupid, so I'm sure that it was elim kill. 2. Vote manipulation. We've seen plenty of vote manipulations and there was some guesses about Uber-vote manip from inquisitor. I'm think that we haven't seen any vote manipulations from Inquisitor and this all vote manipulations were done by villagers. Why? 1)Elim have only one action and there was kill and I think that this was elim kill as I wrote above. Yes, there were guesses about auto-soothing from elim when he votes. I think that existence of this auto-soothing is very doubtful cause then it's easy to find inquisitor by his votes. 2)What I think is happened with votes. I see 2 possibilities. - Obvious one. There were 2 soothers and 1 rioter and all they decided to mess up with votes. - Or 1 soother and 1 rioter. Ecth was soothed and Silverblade rioted Lopen's vote or Silver was soothed and Ecth rioted Lopen's vote. From previous games I can say that Silver usually not paying much attention to games and I think that possible that he just forgot about his vote on Aonar. Maybe I'm missed but I haven't seen any answer on that from Silver he just ignored that. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Nice so maybe it was you who killed Aman? I just want to say that you acting like when you were elim in LG29. Of course I played only 2 games with you(LG28 and LG29) so I can't judge clearly about how you acting usually. But from what I saw when you was villager in LG28 you was more active and in LG29 when you was elim you most of time lurked feeding us with promises like that one, that you just need more time and info and you will truly join game but all that was just promises and you showed up in thread only when there appeared chance that you will be lynched for your lurking. So story repeats again, so maybe this time I shouldn't repeat old fails and lynch you? Same as Aonar in both games that I played with you was not very active, I can't say that it was lurking from you but flying under radar surely. Also your reasoning for vote on Len sounds weak, cause Len acted as usual Len I haven't seen any unusual agression from him. Maybe you can provide us with other reasoning for your vote?(Oh okay I can't blame you for weak reasoning you atleast brought it) That vote hits me as super weird. I read through thread but still don't understand your reasoning for that. Also part "tentative and subject to change if someone suggests a more likely target" looks like you happy to jump on lynch on anyone, also it can be interpreted as good back way if something will go wrong. Or interpreted as you don't have your own opinion. And I'm sure that you have your own opinion, suspicions, even gut read will be suitable answer for me. Also I want to add that posts from Yitzi on N1 was giving bad hints to me. He was pointing on vote manipulations. I will just quote one of his posts: Maybe he is one who tried to cast suspicions? But that just my gut read. First why you bringing "I suspect the question is somewhat irrelevant, if everyone is so sure the rioter is a villager", maybe I missed something but I don't see reasons why question about not voting "irrelevant" just cause rioter is possibly villager. You pushed for lynch but not voted, and answer that there already was enough votes sounds irrelevant. There always place for one more vote especially on D1 when there can't be any true consistence in votes(obviously cause it's D1). I will agree that Ecth's accusation is wrong. But talking about playstyles yours changed and I'm think that you got important role and that also can mean that you are elim. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Conclusions: Yitzi. I can count some of his advices and thoughts as harmful for village(his advices about seekers on D1) or atleast wrong from my point of view. Also his vote on Len on D2 don't holds any ground and when people started to question him his answers was illogical and confusing(atleast for me). Probably I will vote for him later but I have rule for myself not to lynch newcomers till C3. Drake. Ecth accusations on Drake is really weird and unreasonable. Only on what I can point it's Drake's behavior, for me it looks different then usual for him, that may be connected that he got important role in this game but that not indicates his alignment. Of course there can be other reasons for changes in his tone and activity so I not gonna count that as reason to vote for him. Aonar, Drought. Lurkers... I don't like lurkers... Araris. I think he is villager... yes it's hard to read him due to his playstyle but his tone looked genuine for me. Also I think I should add Rae. She is acting not as village!Rae. You will ask what made me think so? I don't see bloodthirsty crowd that thinks that Rae is suspicious and it's usual for village!Rae to be suspicious. But I should reread her posts... maybe I will find something suspicious and will calm down For now I will cast my vote on Aonar cause he is acting as when he was elim. Also I think I should reread more carefuly D1 and N1. But I'm not sure that I would do it cause I'm lazy I think that's all for now. -

I can give you reasons for what I done in PM(if you want of course). But DA right better stop it. Oh also about my humor, you can look in LG28 elim doc I couple time mentioned that my jokes always bad so that's not news for me -

You taking it too serious. I'm absolutely not paranoid of WGGs from you. I'm just joking. I'm suspicious of you but not more then to every lurker in this game. So don't be so harsh... or you still angry on me that I ruined your game by finding all elims in 1 turn ? -
Long Game (3)2: Pulling on Strings
Arinian replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Even if our thugs is will do nothing useful there still chance for them soak hit from elim. Also in most scenarios after someone get hit by elims it's safely to say that he is cleared atleast particulary.(of course we have Wilson in this game so better to forget about second point... WGGs... WGGs everywhere ). -
Long Game (3)2: Pulling on Strings
Arinian replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
No, he is right he was talking about that Silver's post: __________________________________________________________________________ 1. I've seen that but as Aman already pointed number of abilities(conversions) can be based on how much roles village have or on the exact powers that Inquisitor got in this game, we can't be sure that in this game powers for inquisitor same as in LG2. But I think it's bad idea for me to blame someone for guessing number of conversions (next time just add that you not certain ). 2. I will make example. If Aman inquisitor he surely not gonna act as you think is wise for elim he will act as usual Aman. So will be with every player, each person's playstyle will affect what he will do as elim. And truly I brought that point not as accusation on you I just thought that focusing to much discussion on this is not very useful 3. *Shrug* 4. I'm don't see what good claim can do for Inquisitor. Only way it's good for him if there many thugs as it was in AG3. But I doubt that he have information about everyones roles... I'm bad in giving understandable answers... I will give you example. Let's guess that there 1 seeker and 2 village thugs in this game. And inquisitor claims that he is thug, seeker surely will scan all this 3 thugs and even if seeker will be unlucky on turn 3 we will know who is inquisitor. Only way when claim can be good for inquistor it's when he sure that there no seekers or he will convert someone in smoker(or he will convert Seeker in Seeker ) and will try to put suspicion on village thugs smoking them(Strategy with smoking thugs he can do even without revealing himself as thug. So I see inquisitor will claim thug only if he have some uber ability that gives him knowledge of everyones roles). It's just my opinion and maybe I miss some incredible tricks that he can pull. 5. What? I meant that chance to lynch inquisitor immediately after thug claim it's so low that harm from thug claim is much higher then this miraculous chance to lynch inquisitor. 6.*Shrug* I will retract my vote for now from you Mark. But not cause I'm not suspicious of you(I'm still suspecting you). I'm retrcating my vote only cause I played only one game with you(LG28) and you was not very active so I can't judge about your usual playstyle. I will vote for Drought. Every game which I played with him he lurked. I don't like lurkers. And he lurks again. -

Are you sure that that was Lopen's gut? Cause I remember only part where his gut screams "Kill Arinian! Burn him!" and something like that -

Ahh... I wrote you answer but something gone wrong and it's disappeared. Sooo... Yeah, I know that I Brilliant! You really shoudn't repeat it. Also as I said it's just gut read on your posts not something driven by logic. For me your posts looked like you just was caught on failure logic but still pushing for it just not to be blamed in changing mind... -

1) I don't agree with Wilson. If we won't have lynch on D1 it's truly changes nothing... with that logic we just can sit and do nothing till inquisitor will hit misting on his own. Or I misunderstand something? Chances to hit misting with lynch not gonna go lower on D2 lynch nor on D3 lynch... so why no lynch on this cycle? And without lynches discussion not gonna go on higher level then it right now. No lynch just slows this game. 2)Some people pointed on Rae as suspicious so I think she is villager, surely (I'm just want to say that she acts like village!Rae) 3)Wilson. For me looks like even she don't believe in what she says about no lynch on D1. But that just what my gut says to me. 4)Mark. I don't know why but part about "the max would be 5 elims, isn't it?" made me suspicious . Sounds like you already knew answer... I don't know why we even should talk about that, cause each person will act not like other and all this discussion about how active elims would be gives us nothing. 1)That kills all meaning of thug role. Elims will just ignore all thugs. As people already said it gives even more information for inquisitor so he can choose more wisely whom to kill or convert, so this claim only hurts village. 2)Only reason for inquisitor to claim is if he will be under hard suspicion and will have high chance to be lynched. 3)And you so sure that after this claim we immediately will lynch inquisitor? Pff... I doubt in it. I will put my vote on Mark for now. His advice absolutely unhelpful, I see some logic in Wilson's advice but thing that Mark said it's absolutely not wise to do. That's all for now, maybe will add something later. -

Arinian replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Okay firts what I would say... that I still don't get my GM PM so I don't know my role. And also I have question: That's quote from rules for LG2... so question. Is that same for this game and Inquisitor needs dead misting to convert someone? -
Akhm... Good game... I think so As I said "no roles in this game". Truly there were roles but without any use as I guessed. And I feel like idiot after this game... And I was not suspicious of Stick... and she is elim... it was obvious. How I missed that?

I know I can look agressive with some of my posts but I just defending my point of view. As I said to Mage posts like one that you done is not analysis, and it's not very helpful for understanding your thoughts or your view on situation so logicaly this kind of posts not useful for village. Yes, this post is good for activity and I understand that you can have be busy with your RL and I don't have any right you to blame for that. But if you have time to do post like that you surely have time to do shorter post but more consistent, post where you will give your thoughts on players... on whatever you want. And as I see there not gonna be any change so HH. Drought.

Of course none is suspicious of him. Cause I just quoted all his posts for this game. As I said I don't like lurkers cause it's easy to slip from view of village in short games.

Bart made suspicious, weird post and we should forgive him just cause his partner Aman? That what I meant, I'm giving excuses to suspicious behavior of players when I've seen them acting in same way before. I haven't seen from Bart things like that in previous games so I guessed that there could be possibility for him to be elim (of course he was not very active in previous games, mostly lurked. Also to say I don't like lurkers... really don't like them) I already gave answer why I'm voted on Bart. Also your post strikes me as suspicious... Why? You not accusing me directly but going with question(and that's very convinient way to put suspicion on someone and in same time stay away), question which don't have any sense cause it's usual for villagers to mislynch players, especially players which made weird(same thing was with Sart he made post which players counted weird(suspicious) and for that he was lynched) posts. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ So to players whom I suspect. Drought. I already stated why. It's usual for him to be not very active or lurk so there not much in his post from what to go but his last post is suspicious for me. HH. He looks like he tries to be more helpful then in other games which he played, it's good but that's different behavior then what I've seen from him in other games. Honestly from his posts I have feeling like he tries to look helpful just to not stand out. I'd played couple games with him and since AG3 looks like his playstyle all time changes so I can be wrong. Mage. I really don't have what to say about him... He participates in discussion and in the same time I have feeling that he not participates in it. Mage is player about whom really hard to guess if he elim or villager... he same all time. But in this game he even more hmm... can't find word for it... even more Magestarical? Maybe I will change my opinion when he will say something what shows his view on situation. Lopen. Bad gut read. Maybe I'm tunneling . Maybe I just don't liked his last post. Cause he likes how HH started this cycle and I don't like how HH started this cycle. Right now I think between voting on Drought or HH. For now let it be... coin said it will be Drought. Maybe will add something later but there chance (only chance... not sure how things will go ) that I will be busy till Friday.

You thought that it so easy to kill Alrin? With just coin in stomach?! No! He survived and he is back! Yes, I'm signing up as Alrin. RP will come later... maybe. -
I have seen Bart looking thread but not posting couple times. It can mean nothing cause in other games that he played he was lurking. Still I think that it's not best attitude. I'm not against claiming roles but I still don't get answer from my partner.
